El documento es muy largo y os habéis quedado sólo en el principio, leed todo el documento, es un documento muy completo y trabajado dónde para hacerlo han contactado con muchas organizaciones del mundo de las monedas digitales y a mi me parece bien que un gobierno com el de Reino Unido realice este tipo de documentación y lo haga público, dónde entre otras cosas dice:
4.6 The government considers that digital currencies, when used legitimately, offer an innovative, alternative payment option, which competes with existing payment models and has particularly clear short-term advantages for micro-payments, overseas remittances and cross-border trade.
4.7 The government recognises that the technology associated with digital currencies offers considerable promise, making it possible for users to transfer value (or other information) quickly, efficiently and securely, providing a permanent record of what has taken place, and without the need for a trusted third party to oversee the process
