I think cryptocurrencies are dying. indeed, in early 2018, the rate of all cryptocurrencies fell sharply, but as time has shown it was temporary. prices rose. the bitcoin has increased its value several times.

I bet this thread/topic is not updated, but to give you the idea right now crypto market are is recovering so do not panic. People who panic sell of course they will lose a lot of money on it, but if your one of the few who holds the coins you will not lose anything. Just have the patience to hold your coins in order to avoid big losses and regrets in the long run. If you're a good trader if the market turns red, you will buy and hold it again. This is applicable for those coins who have largest trade volume which is BTC and ETH has it.
All coins are fluctuating in line with the market's movements but only the shit coins are dying and that's a good thing!

During the last 3-4 months in the crypto-currency markets, the subcoins depreciated and came to the point of dying. they actually lied to investors. these days there are positive movements in the direction.
Of course not! The market was corrected after a strong growth last year, nothing terrible happened! I am sure that soon we will see strong growth and renewal of new peaks again!

Where did you find information that the price of Bitcoin has dropped today by 15%? Even if this happened from an annual perspective, the price of Bitcoin is in an upward trend and will probably be for several years.
Altcoins also have a chance to grow, but it depends on the developers and their work. Certainly many of them will disappear, but I am sure that many of them will find place on the market.

Too many coins of course make the competition very tight, and this makes a lot of devs. who do everything they can to keep their coins, I'm sure that after a year the remaining coins will be no more than 500 then continue to decline.

I think it is the other way around. BTC dominance is declining while the overall marketcap is increasing which only means 1 thing, altcoins are on the rise again and it is faster than bitcoin.

But as you said, the etherium and Bitcoin are the most popular and therefore will not let you down in your price.
