Altcoins are in dip because they follow the king of cryptocurrency which is the bitcoin. But all this dip in altcoins and bitcoin will be over , its too early to say that all the altcoins are dying.
Monero is constantly growing, ETH shows it is a very stable currency, Bitcoin Cash has also shown its growth during the last week.
It is just a period of correction as it was before in previous years. This is normal evolution of the cryptomarket: there's no growth without falling. You should wait a little

No not all altcoins are dying they are just unpopular and not successful thats why they are disappearing and lets wait because theres a big surprise for sure they will create new altcoins and it eill might beat bitcoins and etherium.
although I'm just a bounty hunter but find good ICO project to promote and working still very hard for me recently. Like investor, I don't want to work in scam or bad project and receive poor salary, so, I'm finding solution to help me have right decision when I find ICO.
I don't think they are dying. I do think that at some point regulations or saturation will kick in and cut out the weak ones, but only time will tell when that happens.

which I see currently altcoin in the recovery period because I know coins are flying from dying because many people are buying altcoin at a time when altcoin is decreasing then from now on altcoin prices are recovering, and in my opinion by returning its price Altcoin will be good for the future

All coins can not die Yes some coins can die Who can cross the life workers who can beat such as Bitcoin, ETH Dash etc. Those coins that are out of circulation can be harmed but not all the coins.
Nothing new if for Altcoin if the price decreases when Bitcoin price goes up we will lose money if we want to sell it altcoin maybe we better be patient first so we can sell it.
We are just in another red market which is actually normal in crypto world if you have long experience. Eventually time will come that it will recover again. Also crypto is still very very young and its opportunity to grow in few years is so wide.
Not all alternate coins are dying because if we look back into the past and compare it to the future, we can see some of the alternate tokens value may be too low but now it may be really high. If we can take Ethereum as an example, it is reaching new milestones because of the development it is getting and it is reaching a higher value for now.

Actually your point isn't right because there are so many others factors that could effect to the price of Bitcoin and Altcoins like the prohibitions, the supplies and demands, pumps and dumps from some group of whales and sharks. dont think like that, ups and downs are there but be safe and read the market and then invest, but now the market is moving up,,
