I am expecting about an absolute statement particularly that altcoins nowadays will going to achieve less since bitcoin is feigning momentum. But with the currenct market prediciton of 100+++K dollars of bitcoin price seems unachievable for the volume of people that will going to support it. Basically, it might need a total fiat conversion and market adoption worldwide to happen.

They are not worthless, they will always have value, here i reffer to coins that are legit and not scam or dead coins, maybe people think are cheap because if they buy when price was over 10000$ for bitcoin and now see this price, they think when will get back money invested.

I find this hard to believe, but I can't dispute the fact that almost 90-95% altcoins are worthless that is have totally nothing to offer. But yet, there are worthy coins out there with genuine product and services, these are the coins that will last long term and will set the path to the future of cryptocurrency. So to your question, not all coins are worthless.

I do not think that all altcons are useless. Many projects that have their own purpose and good prospects for real use. Or even as an alternative for Bitcoin - for example, the Sound Money Coin project positions itself.

Actually the potential of each coin is still quite large and I am very confident that there will be changes in the cryptocurrency after the attention of every country in order to provide more rules so that not everyone can freely make it

I think we should not make our resolutions based on the current price of any of the coins or with the consideration of the general market.
It is only now you would know a coin that will be highly valued in future and if that is known, it then means the coin has worth, but that it would still increase.

I think that is the reason of the altcoin existing in the cryptocurrency. With the altcoin, we have another way to earn bitcoin, and although they are worthless, I think many of them still worth to buy because every good altcoin will survive as bitcoin did. We can judge that altcoin is not good to make money but the fact, we are still making money from the altcoin, right? Grin

because not every project will be successful some will fail, because that's how it is, and you cant also guarantee the success of an altcoin because there will be an incompetent developers, like most of the icos right now, it's better to stick to bitcoin if your playing safe, if you like high risk high return then altcoins is the way to go.

Yes you are right that a lot of bounty hunters have waste a lot of time from advertising their project and ended up a scam that they don't receive any rewards. Crypto coins have been decrease because of this kind of tragedy.

Also, a lot of bounty hunters and investors have stop participating in ICO projects because of a lot of scams.

In my own personal opinion, crypto coins are not worthless even they have a low price today because time will come that every crpto coins will start to have a high price that more people would be interested to invest their money in cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency really starts to go down because there are a lot of ICO projects that are scam and fraud. In my opinion not all crypto coins are worthless. there is still a valuable crypto coin. The underlying causes of the crypto coins are actually that they play the price so they hold all the coins and then they release it at a very high price.

Yes we believe in it but the problem here arises are to far from the improvement that it could actually happened. Imagine for example, right now the value of btc is 5k$ then you hold 1 at least for 20years. Chances it will go back or surpass the last ATH is high. Why? Population increases, mass adoption, who knows what will be the future. Have you heard of any bluechips stock with a record of 10 years fall down? NONE! So the only way is up. But we dont know when!

Exactly, I was bewildered when I read the word worthless. From all indicators, bitcoin and top altcoin prices are very cheap at the moment because its still at a very tender stage. We should look forward to its price at full adoption

I agree that 95% of altcoins will and must die. We do not need, at least now, over 2,000 cryptocurrencies. We need cryptocurrencies with actual use cases, of which there are a few.

It depends on how you view crypto coin because I don't believe any coin is worthless because their the ability to rise above they current price in the future, and on bitcoin analogy I believe it bit that price will take a very long time to achieve cause of the volatility of the market and it unpredictable future.

You are right but for btc to reach such a high value and sustain it no one knows how much more time it will take and will it ever reach that price is another question. 10 million is a real huge and fascinating number but i do not see it getting there anytime soon.

it is hard to understand what you really mean by your topic. you seem to be saying something but really mean something else. you call "crypto coins" worthless but then you say why wouldn't you buy them and hold them!!! that doesn't make any sense. and what does bitcoin have to do with anything here!

bitcoin is the most valuable cryptocurrency and it has no competitor. it obviously is a good choice to buy and hold but at the same time a lot of the altcoins aren't even worth buying for a short time let alone for holding as long term investments.
you can look at the altcoin graveyard to see how many coins are already dead and if you look at the history of some of them you can clearly see that all of them at some point were advertised as good coins with a bright future!!!

your prediction are impossible . crypto can rise high but dont be exagerated too much . and as i said earlier not all cryptos are worthless . the drop of the price is only normal but the price can also recover .

lets say they are . i still dont like buying too early and saving up . there is no point of rushing because i can always buy them if i want to in the future .
