In any case, the Bitcoin conference has started it's effect on the price, as we have a pump already from $65,000->$67,000.

Trump will be speaking on the last day, so we should be expecting that perhaps the price could go to $70,000, I reckon.

Not attending will still damage her, it is just that this is the lesser out of two evils, as you can make sure the Trump campaign will make sure to let people know that Trump is now in favor of bitcoin, or at least that is what he claims right now, and I have no doubts that this can have an effect on the independent voters, since more than anything what people care about right now is their own finances, and many of them have obtained great profits thanks to bitcoin and a strict regulation will damage their interests.

It was obvious she was not going to accept a last minute invitation. Vice Presidents don’t have much power to affect policy, so it’s a huge stretch to say she “actively” imprisoned developers. I’m not saying she’d be better than Biden but there are plenty of things to criticize her for during her time as California attorney general and US senator that it is not necessary to resort to political spin and propaganda.

Aside from being an Ordinal shitcoin scammer David Bailey is also a Trump bootlicker and will say whatever to promote Trump. If Trump wins, it will likely result in favorable business deals for his companies. Bailey’s concern isn’t with who Kamala might have imprisoned. If he could benefit financially from her presidency he would be the first to endorse her and any inconvenient details would be overlooked, just like how the Trump administration's persecution of Julian Assange has quickly been forgotten.

With politicians or not, bitcoin market continues to exist. However, with the endorsement of the next US President would create further demand and so the increase of price is imminent. Trump may be pro-crypto but once he is elected, do you really think it would be easy to pass a crypto-related bill?

At the end of the day, whether the leader is pro-crypto or not, you are the one shaping your life and so it is still on you how you will deal with your everyday life to improve your economic status.

The fact that he wasn't a Pro-Bitcoin supporter duruing his tenure doesn't mean he isn't now. Bitcoin have come a long way in the last 4 years, withstanding plenty of attacks even though the policies have been terrible to say the least. I know politicians usually lie during their campaigns and flip upon winning but it's worth noting that among all recent US president, Trump has been the most informed about crypto. I think the guy already has about 3 NFT collections so far.

When it comes to bitcoin adoption, some will by theirself willingly succumb to the decentralized network with bitcoin because its going to get to a stage whereby they can't do without the need of the influence from the bitcoin community, if what makes someone like trump to back off the anti-bitcoin attack on bitcoin and support for it use, then any other person can change and anything is willing or possible to happen in regards to change over anyone's take on bitcoin.

I agree. This looks like a money grab by the organizers. They want to kiss everyone's asses so much only to get their names on the list. Since inviting Trump paid off, why not invite Kamala, right? While we're at it, let's invite Brad Sherman and Elizabeth Warren. There's freedom of speech. If people like that want to attend and speak their mind they should be allowed to do so, but I wouldn't invite them.

I like politics, but I feel like we could use less politics in bitcoin.

There was nothing that she was going to say that'll convince us to support her as she didn't show any interest in Bitcoin from the beginning. It was always Donald Trump that has been saying good things about Bitcoin and I can't wait to hear him speak at the conference. I don't have the chance to attend but I'll be watching on the internet and I am hoping that everything he says be something worth believing in and gains alot of supporters for him Trump isn't going to throw saw this opportunity of him becoming a US president again. They didn't allow him to finish his last tenor and he probably will have some unfinished business that he will have to handle.

A big percentage of US voters are crypto users so there's that which is like Trump securing his win. The social media people are just streaming Trump.

There are many versions of the story about her invitation and later decline. But if she had accepted the invitation at first, it might indicate that she might not be as strict as Joe Biden. I believe she was advised not to attend because sharing the same podium with Donald Trump can harm her reputation the way it happened to Joe Biden. She knows little about Bitcoin, so she might end up speaking ignorantly which will not be too good.

It could also be that she doesn't want to mend fences with the crypto community because she is not a supporter of the technology. If this was the case, then the crypto industry should be prepared for harsher policies if she eventually wins. It will be nice to hear what Trump wants to say in the conference.
