I don't think so. I think it'll keep right on climbing as more GPU farmers get pushed out of sha256 land by ASICs.

After Avalon batch 2 has all shipped, I imagine Litecoin difficulty will be north of 1000.

that is downright impressive, considering it is almost all cpu/gpu (unless someone developed a FPGA and is keeping it a secret for themselves)

yes everyone started mining litecoin when they had the jump from 0.52 to 4 now its back at 4 again so i would think more people to mine
