Was my account cancelled? Auth keeps failing. It was working fine before, but now I can't log in.

I would be very willing to test your product. I have used many VPN services over the past few years, and I do have enough experience to rate your product. I'm sure that by testing your product, I will help you improve your services to your customers.

I can't yet say anything about the security, but I've configured it on my Android and the external ip address has changed.
