The ATH would reached back. check out the Stock markets. they are back on ATH after bear market.

This is a speculative investment and it's normal to those investors to predict that the price will rise or skyrocket in the future to attract new investors to join and buy many coins that will make the price rise or create a bull run.

I think it is a correct prediction but not all altcoin that only some altcoin really useful. There needs to be a cleaner market where the coins will have wider space.
