Even the top 10 altcoins on CoinMarketcap I wouldn't really have high hopes when a bear market came along. Providing stable coins for these conditions is quite good and wait for the moment when you find a sign of an increase. There will be a lot of negativity after LUNA and I think Bitcoin is the safest place. Still a worthy long term investment when you no longer care about altcoins.

If this was not a risky investment and people will not call this as altcoin. Altcoin is a very volatile investment. If you are expecting this to be less risky compared with another instrument and why should not you invest in the stable token? During the bearish market altcoin become even more volatile than before. I think that if you are aware about this and then you must also try to think if the more pain and more gain. If altcoin was not volatile like this and traders will be so difficult to make some money from the market.

I believe market will recover and be bullish again, but who knows when that time will come, surprises as usual. Invest is indeed full of risks, if you question trust high in an altcoin investment, I fully believe high in bitcoin more than any other altcoin. Luna scenario is the worst and it's very shocking.

will we be able to recover, another coin like Luna did a total crash which is so bad for investors.
Don't take luna as a worthy comparison with the overall market crash. I do agree the luna's case was decreasing the trust from the investors to the crypto but again this is luna team's fault. We can't judge the fault that already made by the team would be destroying the whole of market.

In this scenario, can we still trust a high and unpredictable volatile I investment such as altcoin in this bear season?
Buy when it was red and sell when it was green and do you believe with this? Are you still seeing billions of volume in the altcoin market? Even some gamblers are putting more money rather than cashing it out from the market.

Buying altcoin at all-time-high is another problem because most of them do not use to reach all-time-high again. You can check many altcoin created like 5 years ago to see that I am right, which means they are not store of value.
That is the worst decision any one can take buying altcoin during a bull run, because the correction stage is always awful as their crashes like a pile of cake kept under sun light. Altcoin is not the best choice for long term investment but just a speculative investment that is, get in at the right time and dumping them off at the right time too. I go with your opinion mate.

While the market is on a downward trend, Bitcoin the giant of the crypto market has seen a drastic drop, and other altcoins followed the same trend, will we be able to recover, another coin like Luna did a total crash which is so bad for investors. You choose what you trust.

Not everything in the market of altcoins can be trusted. You've given an example that a sudden turn of event happens and that's why you need to choose wisely and be picky with your choices.

Many altcoins are good as seen but you'll never know when it's going to turn the side of the table and completely turn it upside down.

Every investment in any market has its own risks. what's more, investing in crypto, especially altcoins whose value is pegged on demand, if the demand is greater, the value will be higher and vice versa.
Altcoin are indeed high-risk investments from the start so don't put all your funds in just one altcoin, try to have a lot because we don't know even though the bear market will have altcoins pumped up every day, who knows it is one of the altcoin you have.

Lightning network is good with small amount of BTC
It is just like saying can the sun shine. Altcoins have been very risky since the day they have started to be created, ICOs, IEOs, pump and dump, DeFi and many others are risky. Some are like ponzi scheme and some are just not worth it.

During bull run, you can buy altcoins, but during bear market, better to sell because they are most volatile and some altcoins will remain dead.

Buying altcoin at all-time-high is another problem because most of them do not use to reach all-time-high again. You can check many altcoin created like 5 years ago to see that I am right, which means they are not store of value.

I don't personally advice huge amount of trading in all this volatile altcoins. In fact investment should only be associated to stable coins like Bitcoins or some non/less volatile altcoins like Etherium and BNB. Although these coins too can also suffer dips time to time. But with there long time potential they have the ability to recover after every dips.
But those volatile altcoins like Luna are just like gambling coins where one can loose everything but also has the ability to bring out quick gains. And this actually lead greedy people into pouring out all the income into it.
Investment should only be on stable or less volatile coins only
