That's a great question for me and I will pick ethereum,ripple and Litecoin this altcoins is my best pick for my future investment this altcoins is also not already overtake for other tokens and other altcoins.
I can not call you any altcoin, which I would not have sold sooner or later. The reason is that we all sooner or later transfer our investments from one industry to another, from one token to another. Therefore, there is nothing eternal.
The Altcoin that I believe 100% is Ethereum because it is one of the best to all to them and have highest value to Altcoin. Although sometimes its having a falling price it is still one of the best to buy, hold and to invest. Beside this altcoin surely can give you good profit once its in the highest peak of its price in the market. So its better to have this crypto and its good to keep for long term.

i believe in several projects nowadays. they are all provides better blockchain solutions for the ecosystem. they have better network size, faster transaction speeds with less fees. For example neo, ethereum and wanchain projects are great.
I think it's ETH being the second coin by the market cap according to coin360. Many decentralized apps have been built on ethereum platform, spreading the use of that crypto.

Personally, I think that if the price of your coins has increased significantly, then it is advisable to sell them and make a profit. if you firmly believe in the project, then you can buy these coins again when prices are low again.
Now I have 2 altcoins will never sell, ETH and Ccore.
because the price is very cheap, I will wait till price increase again.

Yes, its The Acclaim Token(ACM) from GCOX. caused it still cannot sell now ... lol
i believe in ethereum, but i always sell ethereum when i think i get profit and i will buy back ethereum again when dump.

As of now there are just 2, ETH and ADA. Eth is like the first love, the first altcoin. And even if is having some issues with scalability and transaction speed I'm confident that the Costantinopoli hard fork and Casper will bring a new Eth on life and this will be reflected on the price as well. And Cardano has a stellar team and a huge potential.
Ethereum for me because this is the altcoins that is always left in my wallet, ethereum is important to me because in every transaction i made in crypto market i really need it to buy and sell other cryptos.

I don't believe there's any Altcoin that worth 100% trust we all know that investing on any crypto coin is a risk so there's no need trust rather you do research to know the coin that worth your investment that the advice I will give to you good luck!
For me is UNIBRIGHT, even UBT is still underdog now but they are very active for their project, they are very smart on their fields, specially for creating a blockchain project like Unibright, they already have many partners and they will still re-brand to new name of their project.
A hundred percent means that I have total and complete trust in the coin. Well to say that I don't have any coin like this would mean that I do not have absolute trust in the system, and that's false. If there be any coin as of now that I believe in a hundred percent, then it should be between Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Tron.
I believe in diversification and so I don't invest in just one coin. Bitcoin I will keep for a long time, and altcoins in my opinion is worth trading.
Well, diversification is best decisions to do when starting trading. And so bitcoin are the most crypto who holds by many and I also believe in ethereum future. Hard to speculate but I know in ethereum even price drops users still support this coin until now. 
Bitcoin cash is pretty good. They are more stable that the BTC itself and they show slow, but stable, growth. In addition, there are several cryptocurencies, which are connected to real world assets such as dollars, real eastate or gold. They do not suffer from the changes within cryptocurrency market so much.

altcoins that I believe and will not sell are METM, because I see the function of this coin is very good and has the potential to make the price rise very high, so I always buy METM and hold for the long term, because I believe the price can very high increase in the future.

I cannot name one,because i hold 3 altcoins on my folios in which I trusted that will bring fortune for me in future,these coins will never be sold until i reached my target amount of selling price

Ofcourse aside from my bitcoin these three will remain holding for long time till things comes my way
