Yes it is possible, in the future we will only be able to use Bitcoin in application areas. altcoins are not doing the expected in recent years, do not show their importance. so the Altcoins delisted and only Bitcoin remained
Though bitcoin staying to be the only one crypto is not against my favour but dont you think that if the market have more than one reliable currency it will be better?. The idea of making bitcoin code open source by satoshi himself Im sure is to facillitate people into creating their own cryptocurrency whether for public adoption or private.

The obvious truth is that most altcoin are not trusted because they end up becoming scam projects and as such may be useless to the holders that explains why bitcoin is always chosen as a means of payment and settlement of debt. Altcoin could easily be delisted from an exchange but I haven't seen an exchange delisting bitcoin.
No real usages and no support that being gathered around the market. Most of those Alts don't have any future and will die naturally no other options but to forget about the team and keep away from the projects as it will not do anything but only to lose your investment in a short Period of time.

Some services here in crypto only trust Bitcoin then they not use Altcoins now like example in Faucethub that very useful and helpful in the past with different cryptocurrency but base in government restriction then they can only run with Bitcoin and not Altcoins then now i read this news so i want to hear your opinion about this because i think in future we can only use Bitcoin

It's kinda sad especially to those who uses the exchanger for other cryptos like ETH, XRP, etc.. The exchanger will most likely going to lost some customers since there will people who prefer altcoins in some ways. The idea of getting rid of "useless" cryptos might have gotten overkill because even ETH will be delisted. Hopefully, they will realize this sooner.

In my opinion, everything that Bitcoin can do, altcoin can also be included now and in the future. altcoins are gradually growing stronger and appearing all over the market. Although there are limitations, their benefits are even greater.

There are many people, even some services that only trust and invest in bitcoin without thinking of other altcoins. Because of the limitations of altcoin and the reliability is not much. But I think you should think of altcoins as they are also very good. Grin

Delist For most altcoin garbage is necessary because their innovations are useless
I agree with the statement about delisting "garbage" altcoins. However, they also delist all altcoins, including ETH. In my personal opinion, ETH is not one of these garbages.

This might indicate if Coinfloor really is improving their criteria and system including to only considers BTC as the only proven cryptocurrency, especially in terms of transactions and progress in the market.
However, is this only because of the reason (only proven crypto)? Or, Does Coinfloor have a certain strategy to encounter this market condition right now?

I think they are just protecting the users from fraudulent and scams. Nowadays, most scams are coming from altcoins and delisting them on their exchange is a good start to prevent this. Bitcoin on the other hand has been reliable on the past decade, so retaining it is also not a bad idea.

I agree. Many people are now thinking that whenever you talk about Altcoins, the first thing that comes into their mind is that Altcoins which mostly or all comes from ICO projects are scams. That is why the way for them to be able to protect the users of crypto in the crypto community, some or many exchanges are starting to delist Altcoins up until almost Bitcoin will only remain because many people think that despite of what Bitcoin's situation is currently into, which is drop down in terms of price value, still Bitcoin was the only reliable and most trusted cryptocurrency of all time. But better think of it, once most or all of the Altcoins are already delisted leaving Bitcoin alone, we will now be dependent on a single crypto. What we need to do is just sort out those that are proven scams and leave those that are not because even there are lots of scam cryptos in the market, there are still good and trusted Altcoins you can have aside from Bitcoin alone.

I don't think that they will delist all of the altcoins because, without altcoin, bitcoin cannot have a value in the market, and I don't think that bitcoin price can increase higher. Bitcoin cannot work alone without altcoin because bitcoin and altcoin can not separate, but if they still do that thing, we can only wait and see for what will happen later. I am curious if that news is real, and I want to know what will happen.

I'm not sure if we will only use Bitcoin as a single currency in the Cryptocurrency ecosystem. But I believe that in a future where cryptocurrencies are legally accepted, 90% of altcoin projects, tokens, ICOs, IEOs, etc. will all fall apart, just like the financial bubbles have previously taken place in the past. That's important to help the crypto be transparent again.

Btw, as long as ETH completed its project to change PoW -> PoS, I believe Coinfloors will have no reason to delist it like now.

They have their own strategy, if they think that's good for the exchange then they will think of doing it.
However, for me it's not a good approach, listing a good altcoins by doing a proper study and investigation prior doing it is the right thing.

When we say crypto market, we talk about the entirety of the market and that includes altcoins.
Bitcoin is kind of safe for exchanges but their profitability might also reduce.

I do not agree and I doubt it, I mean bitcoin is made and used only as a means of payment, maybe no one will be able to beat it in the rank 1 capital.
but in terms of other developments altcoin also has an important influence, trust me bitcoin won't be able to be alone.

I also think so, but every crypto has its own function. It's a lot to say that the fore only Bitcoins survive this because Bitcoin is the King of crypto. But another altcoin I think there is also like Ethereum that works as a virtual machine that can run a peer-to-peer smart contract with a cryptographic cryptocurrency ether (ETH).
As long as many projects are still growing and people want to invest in them, it is certain that many will continue to grow new altcoins. although maybe later altcoin that can not develop by itself will disappear from circulation. bitcoin and ethereum will clearly continue to appear, because both have complementary functions for the growth of the new altcoin. so I believe not only bitcoin and ethereum are still there.
Bitcoin and ethereum are indeed two complementary coins. I think these two coins are good coins or you could say coins that have greater potential to be able to give us an advantage compared to other coins. Not that other coins are bad coins and can not provide benefits but in my opinion, if I want to invest I will choose both coins.

Market wouldn't function as it's supposed to if we have just bitcoin alone, having altcoins with bitcoin is a good one and it will enhance more growth as some people like it much and like day trading etc with them of which they will hardly do with bitcoin. Market with just bitcoin will certainly not do well.

There is not good to have only bitcoin because we also need some altcoins who solve the problem that bitcoin have, and also need maybe new technology which new altcoins maybe will provide.
It is all your own choice either you want other altcoins or not but as I think it’s good to keep both in your portfolio as having bitcoin is the best thing but we should get some altcoins as well. There are so many altcoins but we should choose the best one such as ETH and Ripple these two Altcoins are good for investing our money as it gives profit the same as bitcoin gives. So now a day we should buy some ETH as they are at a low price.

if we talk about cryptocurrency only as a tool to save and increase our money, then there is nothing wrong with buying and holding the only bitcoin. I agree that altcoins have a very high technical superiority over Bitcoin, but how many users now really use these altcoins in real life? now 90 % of people interesting only in earning money

There is simply not enough room in the market for thousands of altcoins. And we need to remember that many of these coins don't have any practical usage, and the vast majority don't even have the preliminary phase of development completed. So it is not surprising that many such coins are getting delisted. But at the same time, the good coins are not only surviving, but thriving as well.

If only bitcoin use it, network will crowded and fee for every activity will rise in high level. Altcoin is solutions for this problem and can be use as alternative income if bitcoin has negative movement. Altcoin is still needed to revive the cryptocurrency market. At least for now altcoin will not die, bitcoin still has a lot of room to grow and it needs altcoin to make a breakthrough.
