The obvious truth is that most altcoin are not trusted because they end up becoming scam projects and as such may be useless to the holders that explains why bitcoin is always chosen as a means of payment and settlement of debt. Altcoin could easily be delisted from an exchange but I haven't seen an exchange delisting bitcoin.

It always depend on what altcoin that we've buy, if an altcoin with a really great potential to grow there will be no way to exchange to delist the coin as long as the coin have a decent volume. But i agree with you that new projects altcoin, most of them are not a good project and just enter the market for months and then they will be delisted, we should be more careful choosing what project that we will invest

Not that the governments dislike the use of altcoins or anything of that sort but the reality on the ground is that most altcoins turn out to be shit and scams in the long run. Also, i don't know the kind of altcoins that were being used back then but i guess coins like TRON, ETH are cool to use and have a very strong community too.

Different company different thinking, the coinfloor CEO has explained himself that he thought of other coin are not really necessary and bitcoin is already a solution while other than that is simply gimmick. Some people might said so and other could disagree.
However realizing it, many of altcoins aren't really proven and they are just gimmick although they might topped the market capitalization rank. so, to decide only accept bitcoin which is proven is not wrong.

of course that is good news for bitcoin in 2020 and at the same time with the 11th anniversary and this will also be a big consideration for old or new altcoins to be even better, especially to avoid the many new deceptive altcoins that are certainly very big impact for investors, miners, marketing etc.

Some services here in crypto only trust Bitcoin then they not use Altcoins now like example in Faucethub that very useful and helpful in the past with different cryptocurrency but base in government restriction then they can only run with Bitcoin and not Altcoins then now i read this news so i want to hear your opinion about this because i think in future we can only use Bitcoin

I believe the government has a valid reason for restrictions placed on the project to only accept bitcoin as a means of payment. Bitcoin is a well recognised cryptocurrency and I know some countries accept bitcoin as a legal tender.

That was a good move from Nwosu and will further strengthen the developer's who have taken it upon themselves to improve on Bitcoin. what is the difference between alt and btc  ? both are still crypto and if they hate crypto then they will also hate btc  . i know faucethub on the past , it was a faucet isnt it  ? and yes faucethub suports many different cryptos but most of those are not that good at all  .

it so confusing to support many alts but i guess it would be better to only support the good ones but leaving bitcoin alone is still better than nothing at all or closing the site faucethub permanently  because they also got alot of costumers  .

If you look at the facts, bitcoin is the only coin that we can trust and the rest of the coins are derivation of the bitcoin source code and then there are privacy coins which the regulators will force them out of the exchanges and hence it would be wise for anyone to accept donations or payments in bitcoin as the regulations will be for bitcoin and who knows how the rest of the market will be viewed.

if that is done then the hype about crypto currencies will decrease, because with the many choices in crypto, it will be easier for people to choose which one to invest. then the hype will always be high. this is from the point of an investor (me).
but if all altcoin is delisted and leaves only bitcoin, the good side is avoiding money laundering and fraud, the crime of using cryptocurrency can be minimized. there will definitely be many pros and cons.

I'm not really sure that bitcoin can do it alone. various things or shortcomings of bitcoin will surely be covered or will be supplemented by alternative coins, that's why altcoin emerged and still survives until now. if there is no altcoin, the crypto ecosystem will only become monotonous and only rely on bitcoin payment instruments without any new ideas and interesting innovations from the altcoin team.

Altcoin cannot be relied on in the future for payment because altcoin prices are often dumped and worthless anymore, it is true that altcoin is often a lot of scamer happens especially in projects that do not make any transactions from altcoin can not be used.
Bitcoin has adopted many, so transactions using bitcoin will be easier and have been done in several companies.

There are many exchanges on the cryptocurrency market and each one has their own trading strategy. Cryptocurrency exchange Coinfloor will cancel all cryptocurrencies except Bitcoin could be a new business strategy for them. This is a breakthrough step in the current situation.

However, what I'm still confused about is why they also delisted two biggest altcoins (ETH and BCH)

According to the CEO, Ethereum technology has not been proven so far because it has yet to overcome major changes including the network transition to Ethereum 2.0, which is expected to take place in January 2020. Nwosu said:

I think Bitcoin will not survive alone in the cryptocurrency market. Altcoin has started a lot of good and began to be accepted at various merchants. It takes time for altcoin to develop and I think Altcoin still has opportunities and places in the cryptocurrency market
That's right, if we look at the opportunities, there are still opportunities, because altcoin developers won't stand still in order to develop their altcoin in a better direction, and I also hope that altcoin can quickly find a good place in the cryptocurrency market.

I don't think in the future we are going to use Bitcoin only, there are a lot of coins in the market that can compete with Bitcoin in terms of community support and usage, and these coins like Ethereum are gaining momentum on their project, Ripple, Binance is still in contention as the best coin in the market.

this is just a temporary decision because of the government's latest regulation to prevent fraudulent projects. there will be a time for them to re-list the altcoin after the government has a better way to protect the investors other than blocking the coin or restricting it. at least for now altcoin will not die, bitcoin still has a lot of room to grow and it needs altcoin to make a breakthrough.

It's actually a good move for coinfloor if all they want is to delist all the altcoins that they have. This ain't something that is going be a big news though but this is a nice starter and initiative.

There's the part that they may get list Ethereum as per article.

Exactly, so I'm not surprised by this move, although there are good alt coins to be begin with, but obviously BTC is the most traded currency. And with the worsening market conditions, it's just about time that many of those shitcoins gets delisted.

I think it's too much if in the cryptocurrency market there is only Bitcoin. Bitcoin may be the main factor why people invest in crypto but with the development of blockchain technology, altcoin is still needed to revive the cryptocurrency market. Many coins have emerged with the latest blockchain technology including DAG technology and this indicates that Bitcoin cannot be alone in the crypto market

This is one of the oldest crypto exchange in UK and their reasons why delist all of altcoins including Eth was very interesting that they says bitcoin is the only cryptocurrency that is proven so far but in my view this is not too good and admitted or not the exchange will need altcoin because some of people has became an altcoin users and if this happend i was wondering whether they still have a lot of costumers or people switch to another exchange

This is primarily because the regulatory landscape is still quite uncertain for a lot of alternative cryptocurrencies and this poses risks for investors so to play it safe its probably better to stick with options that are considered commodities and not securities if you're a risk averse investor
