altcoin prices are at the bottom so the best thing to do right now is buy altocin as much as you can after that you hold it until the price goes back up again.
It's just normal to cryto values. You don't have to worry about it but instead take advantage of those dips to gain profit in the future. What goes down must go up. Sooner or later the market will correct itself and recover from bearish to bullish. I know that there are lots of factors affecting the performance of the market but this bloodbath will eventually fade and will be replaced by a bullish performance hopefully by next year and after the next bitcoin halving. We just have to take some measures on maintaining composure and stick with the plan and the main reason why we invested a particular coin or token. There's no other way except holding coins to save all your investment alts on a critical days of red blood colors on the market trend. Putting the loss percent will recover as the volatility strikes vice versa hoping for the market will return a brings huge increase.
I think that disappear only shitcoins but good projects stay and become more stable. Always research market!

The decision is up to you op since these are your funds you are talking about. Honestly, I feel that is always a bad move to try and sell your coins and tokens in a bear market unless its an emergency and you absolutely need the funds. It is much better to stop looking at the charts and HODL in whatever manner possible until the market rallies again which could help you earn healthy profits instead of incurring losses. This is what I always follow which is why I profit from my investments majority of the time.
There are so many issues are going on in the market that is affecting the price so badly. But I believe it will be recovered and will not disappoint all. So better to stay calm and have some knowledge.
I think that the reason why the value of altcoins is dropping is because of the Bitcoins price trajectory. Once Bitcoin's price goes down, most of the altcoins goes down too. It is because of the transactions between the two. You need to have Bitcoins to buy Altcoins.
