sadly this will never happen as long as the state of the market is more of a shitshow manipulation. and unless we start seeing new altcoins created that aren't pump and dumps like the altcoins that we currently have, we can not expect any altcoin to outperform bitcoin in long run.

what OP is listing is only short term gains and like always altcoins have been getting pumps which means they have always outperformed bitcoin in short term but because every pump is followed by a dump they always lose all their gains and under-perform drastically in long run hence the pump and dump nature of the market.
If we are to completely face reality, there is absolutely no altcoins that I have seen lately that is strictly not a pump and dump coin, even when they don’t have high pump, investors are now ok with n small profit they get once the projects gets listed since they no longer trust the projects themselves.

Most of these alts we see nowadays are just in for the fun of it too, they simply don’t bother creating a working project, they only get the fund raised, enter exchange and then allow the system to play the g=investment game, which they don’t even care too if the coin gets dumped or not, provided they have made their own gain from the fund raised.

What about some of these lesser-known coins that rocket off into space way past the moon and get thousands of %. In my personal experience, I only knew of a few coins like this. I guess maybe people are too quick to call a coin a shit coin right? The coins you mention are well known and it is a good thing since they  were profitable for investors.

I think bitcoin at this time is a functional metal with which I'm ready for recovering older lossing money. following at the moments I'm going to try to make losses in 2018, to make profits now this time with only bitcoin.

And here I was claiming that Altcoins are not favouring from the bullrun ,maybe its because only few altcoins like your lists are the only ones following bitcoin movement ,many altcoins are on halt

Yea I read this news and it's quite a spectacular one. There were already speculations that the altcoin market will not go up in this coming bull run but it's a good thing to see that most altcoin are already doing more than expected and this should put the speculators in a shameful condition

Why alts rises more percentage in price on USD than bitcoin?
If bitcoin rises the alts will rise in USD value also.
IF BTC rises in and alts rises its BTC value it will add more USD value.
But i am happy that I engage with BNB and BCH.

Perhaps its because altcoin rise againts btc and USD at once. When bitcoin price increase againts US Dollar, this make altcoin price increase too and when at same time altcoin price rise againts bitcoin, its make the rise of altcoin againts USD double

Credit bitcoin for making those runs, if its not for bitcoins move those alts wouldn't move that much. Anyway, let's all move forward to the positive ending of this year just like those bullish years that we've met before.

I'm eyeing for most of the coins that I've had on my portfolio but I'm longing to see better gain for bitcoin. Down from $3k up to $9k and still fighting to break the barrier of $9k soon.

EOS was $2 at the beginning of this year, now it is $8 and only increased 167.88%? Anyway, I think this year is a very good year for crypto, and I hope so. A further increase in BTC's price will drive altcoins to better positions.

The altcoins you mentioned are doing great but there is no way their growth competes with bitcoin. I'm, presently holding TRX, EOS, ICX, NEO, VET and others not in first hundred on coinmarketcap.

The list is great and we should keep in mind that alt season has not even started yet so alongwith bitcoin this time i think alts will do great as well so we should accumulate more and more quality alts.

That's really great that alternative coins are increasing and exceeding BTC growth this year. I hope to see more of these growth and I don't want this to drop.

When we talk about growth, I am afraid of dying of most altcoins. I think the next stop of BTC is getting rid of all the coins that has no utility at all and not used in something. Even if its just an altcoin on some small casino if it is used its great but if its not tied to anywhere they will go.

For example, we all know ethereum is used for ICO right? And dapps? That means it is used, for example BNB is used in the exchange right ? EOS for casinos and dapp, NEO for another ICO system and there are plenty of other stuff as well. If it is used like that for something it will stay and gain momentum however if it is not used anywhere and only a coin that people trade and thats it, has no utility than it will definitely start to die slowly, people have coins that has some use for it, why keep buying coins that have no use at all?
Most of the coins we have now really has no utility function, they are just good for trading and investment which is why they die easily because there will always be coins that will arise and better in trading and investment than them.

This is the problem we are having now with some of the old coins we have that are not responding to bitcoin movement, because they have no utility value, investors have already use them for trade and dumped them to their faith, and except they later try to add a utility function before they will rise again. We think only developers use and dump investors, investors too are worst at doing this, most especially the whales.

All the altcoins you mentioned here all have very quality products and that is why they are naturally increasing without their bull run, and then I imagine what their increase will be like when their bull run comes. This is one of the reasons why most investor should make sure that they are after projects that would have real life working products, because that is the only way they can have a reliable investment for long term.

I see that most of other altcoins without a working product are only good for short term investment, because they end up collapsing after they get pumped and dumped, but coins like bitcoin and these ones will always get back on their feet no matter how deep the dump is.

there is no definite reason why this can happen. some tokens experienced tremendous improvement, but Bitcoin and ETH were even held back, their development was far below those tokens. is this a new era for altcoin. it seems the market more trusting them than BTC or ETH.

send and receive money instantly, no hidden costs
this suggests that some altcoins are no longer dependent on bitcoin, as it is traditionally believed and show significant growth, I would like them to show the dynamics of growth when the market is in the red zone.
It would be nice if that were the case. However, often the cause is
Most of the coins in that list are pump-and-dump shitcoins with no real world use-case, so it's normal that they'll outperform Bitcoin since part of their strategy to stay relevant in the market is to get a nice pump in the price every now and then to attract newcomers looking to make a quick buck because that's their only selling point: to be an altcoin which you can profit from.

Someday there will be self-sufficient projects. When a new infrastructure will connect the real world with a cryptocurrency, coins independent of bitcoins appear.
