The more new coins that are present in the crypto market, will certainly enliven the crypto world. My question is how do you look at the future of the altcoin, with fairly tight competition. Will it affect the price of old altcoins, such as Ethereum, XRP and others.
in my opinion, the other crypto value cant be move by new altcoin, but bitcoin can move it. back to the point, altcoin price depend on user demand. usually for new coin, they will have good in a start, bad in rest. but not all coin like this. how great team can pull it price, i know the old coin but still exist until now. they have excellent work
the one that influences the altcoin movement a lot is bitcoin, and it also depends on market demand. I believe this is because it makes price movements, while for new altcoins it has to work even harder so they can grow and develop. while their old altcoin has a great team, they only need to make regular progress and also maintain investor and community confidence

I think the new altcoins will affect the old altcoins but not too much. do you think like me

How many new coins are there in the top-50 list in coinmarketcap? I can count just a handful, including altcoins such as Chainlink and UNUS SED LEO. 90% of the coins among the top-50 are old ones (i.e created on or before 2017). The problem is that there are too many coins right now and the combined market capitalization continues to go down. Under such circumstances, there is no scope for new coins (unless they prove to be exceptionally good ones).

And considering that those coins that add up and trying to climb up these top 50 in CMC are getting buried. Projects tend to be repetitive and becomes like the same taste all over again. This is the problem that some altcoins in even reputated exchanges tend to dry up in value after the day of the project succession.
The future of the world is caught on Altcoin. Many propose to Altcoin to be a lot more investors popping up. This is supported by the existence of many advances that continue to occur on the Altcoin generates the entire prosperity ters surpass it. Well with this state of the future of Altcoin would be highly capable of being spectacular. Continue to keep Altcoin with you we continue to colonize the world of cryptocurrencies.

I would just stick to the top 50 or so and hodl the best of the best, enterprise has its own blockchain solutions now, so it just depends on demand of the product. If nobody uses it for anything how could the coin value ever rise unless its temporarily pumped? I see companies like Tezos doing a lot of marketing and outreach, ETH is going nowhere, but the smaller caps are mostly garbage.

The future of the altcoin will have a competition which each altcoin will try to reach a better position in the market, and they will competing with each other to reach more people. The competitions itself will come from the low price into the high price of the altcoin price, and I think we will going to see a changing place in the cryptocurrency position. And the stronger altcoin will get a better place and meanwhile, the weak altcoin will go down.
Yes it is true, there will always be competition between these coins to at least be able to attract many people to buy their coins. Maybe there will be left behind or fall down and some will rise slowly, all can happen in the future and maybe coins that do not have new innovations or innovations to develop the projects they bring will be left behind and we must prepare plans or decisions that we will take starting from now.

One thing I've learnt about the cryptocurrency industry is that the more a project is able to stand the test of time, the higher the value. This analogy is simply derived from the assumption that people tend to invest more in projects that is trusted. And one way by which trust in this space can be depicted is by the durability of the project. One of the reasons why bitcoin controls a large chunk of the coin market is because it has stood the test of time.
What am saying in essence is that the future altcoin is not necessarily a threat to the existence of a solid project like ethereum, xrp and others.

competition will definitely occur between the new altcoin or the old altcoin, but to be able to influence price movements with each other depends on the number of investors in each of the related coins so that it can affect the trading volume in it.

To me, I think with altcoins as eth and xrp, they would be fine with built up trust yet, people would still use it anyway because of advantages, but to the others, there are too much altcoins’re being born everyday, they can hardly survive such lots of pressure from others. With that, Ithink the one which have enough money that could succeed, otherwise, there’s no chance.

Bitcoin needs to go up to $ 14,000. Money needs to flow back to the Altcoins. This is very difficult. Everything falls. In this case, it makes more sense to stay still. Altcoins need to gain independence from Bitcoin. I think some of the Altcoins will be deleted

We expect with great hope that the Altcoins will rise again. There's no friends. There's no kind of ascension. I think there will be ascension. But the problem has kidnapped these new market-makers. How will the new money enter?

Competition should be in such a young market. It's good.Competition forces projects to be the best.I do not think that some altcoins can somehow affect others. They can coexist seamlessly together.

In my opinion the old altcoins will still stand firm in the market and will not suffer too much despite the new altcoins more and more.  Shocked
Yes, it’s surely going to happen because coins are not new in the market but a few coins have a long history so it has a strong value in a market that's totally unbeatable. Bitcoins, ETH and Ripple is not the only name but these coins are having great value that till now no other coins have achieved. New coins are still struggling so low market value can make them vanish otherwise they will have to get a high number of investors in a short time.
Lets just not also forget that those old coins are the whole reason why new coins stand any chance to survive or even come to existence. But there was no coin available to support bitcoin. Even ethereum had the support bitcoin. These have earned their present status after a lot of struggle and coming over hurdles. Any new coin with a good potential will definitely get success with time. Big achievements demand perseverance.

In my opinion, old coins can still survive because they are supported by a large transaction volume and investors do not believe in new projects. Investors will certainly await the development of new projects to replace old ones while old coins always develop their platforms so they last a long time
discussion about future of altcoin we must see the develop of Altcoin now. because the develop now of altcoin influence in develop of future.
so develop now became a reference the next. I’m sure Altcoin will experience change the ever increasing which support to the future.
and than Altcoin can able to reliably increas profit for many poeple.

In Here, the new altcoin will be chosen by everyone. Good altcoin will survive in the future and bad altcoins will die, of course this altcoin is chosen based on the project, and the new altcoin will not affect the price of the old altcoin.

Tight competition is what makes projects serious because when they know there are others trying to overtake them, they will put in more effort which in turn add to the crypto space as a whole. About new altcoins, they can only bring tight competition when they prove to be worth it, that is, a new project can only prove to challenge ETH for example if the team mean business as well as bringing features which have never been heard of, anything short than this will only make the project to trend at the moment then off it goes.

In 2020, after Halving, the bull will probably be an altcoin bull. All forecasts made so far, say that the developments will be in this direction.
The truth that the Bitcoin rewards will fall by half after Halving, and that the investments will be directed to the altcoins, this opinion makes sense to me and I hope it'll be live

It is very hard to look in the future, especially when it comes to crypto currencies. But generally, I did not mention that any new altcoin has effected the prices of the old ones. Furthermore, there were no projects that truly succeeded.
What im seeing is that It's hard to grab a share of market by making your own new altcoin. People dont usually trust those kinds at first.

The alternative assets you mentioned are well established with large development teams and many important business partnerships that can help sustain their ecosystems and new competing technologies will have a difficult time surpassing these top ranked projects no matter what they offer

It depends. Because if the new existing Altcoins will be more promising and will give more potential to earn more profit compared to the old Altcoins, then there could be a possibility that new Altcoins can be above the old ones. It will surely affect the pricing of the old ones once people specially talking about investors have notice that it would be better to invest into the new existing Altcoins. There are already lots of existing Altcoins in the market which only exhibits that there is a wide competition between those different Altcoins. As of now based on my observation, still the old ones are the most recommend and preferred Altcoin by many compared to the new ones. I am believing that there is a bright future for the Altcoins just like what the Bitcoin have attain. There is always a room for improvement in Altcoins so we can expect a lot more to come which can have a more potential than the old ones. But whatever happens, the important thing is that we will all benefit on it.

The high rate of altcoin these days is really alarming, projects keeps coming up daily and many keeps listing daily, if situation continues this way what di you think would be the future of altcoin? It will definitely ruin market entirely, regulation will actually help in growth of altcoins if not, time will come when nobody would be able to differentiate.
