I won't suggest buying ICO because the price is down too deep and if the price is still down, then we cannot get any profit from the ICO. maybe I can suggest buying altcoin which has a good history so far and we can make analysis for their journey and we can find what coins that will increase in the future. but I won't say that every ICO is bad things because I am sure that there are many ICO that will get success in the future so I think we need to know everything about the ICO before we invest our money.
