It doesn't matter to me if they are listed or not. Why? Because this is crypto. There is no sure route. Those tokens that are listed could rug out tomorrow leaving you with worthless tokens, who the unlisted one could list tomorrow and pump handsomely for you. Be wise
right, we have no guarantee in following the bounty, even if we don't get paid for the token which is already high there is no penalty for that project. Cryptocurrencies route cannot be determined, it is better to choose bounties that are already listed on the exchange with less risk than tokens that are still unclear about when their listings will be, at least that is more certain.
That's right, at least choosing a bounty that is already listed on the exchange can minimize the risk,
considering there are some unclear projects we should really consider before joining the bounty,
but it comes back again depends on each person's decision

bounties with altcoin payments that can be directly exchanged usually have a much smaller allocation when compared to new project bounties or cannot be directly exchanged.
but if you participate in a new project bounty you have to wait for the altcoins you get to be exchanged, and once they can be exchanged it is possible that the price of the altcoins you get from the bounty is far below the price at the token sale. The decision is yours, but I think it is better to participate in the bounty that pays using altcoins that can be exchanged directly.

I am looking to try out a bounty campaign using signature but I don't see anyone worth my time right now, I do have a question about this, does it make more sense to promote projects that are already trading over those that are not listed on exchange yet? I see so many that aren't listed like whsiperMSG, Valore, Elysian Finance, they don't look like they will be hitting an exchange any time soon.

What and what makes you promote a project?.
Regarding this matter, the decision is in your hands, sometimes a campaign, campaign tokens have been blocked in exchange, there are also still in the ICO stage, and listings after that, gradually, Valore and Elysian Finance and Whispermsg, I think so, the right advice, it's good Before you promote the campaign, first examine the road map of a campaign project, which ones are more confident and make decisions, everything makes sense if you are sure in promoting, if in terms of questions, what is expected, all will answer income, none other than, Campaign promotion, can be coin, then sell or not, it's up to the promotion, want to hold the token first, want or hope the price is more expensive, so the point is income.

If you are not comfortable with a long-running project to list their token on an exchange it is better to follow a project that is already listed or have them listed on the exchange immediately. I think it also has its drawbacks, if you want to follow the bounty with immediate pay they will only allocate a small amount of funds for it, not as big as where you followed it before it was listed on the market.
Although there are drawbacks but we already know the estimated USDT allocated in the bounty campaign, so big or small the bounty allocation will make a different decision to join or ignore the low allocation bounty, but sometimes projects that have not been listed are also profitable but must ensure project details and rarely there is a potential project that has a bounty campaign program.
Well, if I had a choice, when market conditions are positive I'd prefer to participate in bounties with token payments even if they weren't listed on the exchange at that time. Opportunities to get results many times more real than having to follow a bounty that has a predetermined pay like USDT, but I don't criticise that, if the market is negative I always take a bounty with a payout that can be sold instantly.

there are some painful realities in life, uncertainty is one of it. sometime somethings don't go our way, what we plan might not be executed. the fact that sometimes we put effort in things that don't reward us or the reward doesn't compensate our effort. for a coin that is already in exchange can be a good project, though the reward might not be too high. couple with the fact that there is a lot of persons in the campaign. for new project, one just have to make his or her research, and also have it are the back of their mind that some project might not last and that there value can drop. we can also learn what makes those project to fail. our curious helps us to learn things as humans.

The Chittagongs are seen here. If they are told here that you are not traded, if they are exchanged here and there is a big difference between them, but there is a lot of risk that they cannot sell them, then it will be seen that if they want, they will be very rich.  However, the projects that are not able to do here are considered to be a cause of a lot of risk

We can't be too demanding of good projects as you think or, like me, just need some criteria that they work and can pay us autographers. But honestly, it doesn't always go as planned, I've been through many projects that the community considers very potential, but for some goddamn reason, they can't keep growing as planned and it almost takes years of waiting to get what you've spent your time on. Remember one thing, we are not executives or bosses to give opportunities. The opportunity is because we seek and try every day to see that what you spend is never wasted.

first, you must have a high rank to participate in the signature campaign, for payments that you can take instantly usually in the service section of this forum they only accept members with a minimum rank of full member. While your current rank may be up to the bounty, it's a small loss to enjoy the signature payoff plus projects that you say won't all hit the market quickly, making the bounty look not worth working on.
worthy or not a bounty project I think depends on how we choose the project.
some people may be more familiar with the project from a certain bounty manager. which of course has a good reputation. so no need to do more research and register immediately.
especially for the signature campaign, I think we should choose a good project. especially for altcoin payments. If we choose the wrong project, of course, we will be harmed by many things if our orientation is on what we produce.

Yes, there are some few projects are worth to try to promote and of course it has a 50/50 chance the project will succeed or fail in the end. It all depends to project that already listed in the market through the bounty allocations on it and with limited participants it might be worth it to participate with especially if you have high rank forum account. Participating in the bounties that not yet listed, it is worth the time as well and all depends of the project type too.

actually bounty can not be used as the main job, if you think this is the main job so you leave the real job it is unreasonable. We don't have any guarantee here to get money, instead of having to force the project to pay we can only examine the seriousness of the project towards the community. If they are serious about managing their community, sooner or later they will be listed on the exchange and everyone will profit.

Yes, Crypto Market continues to mature and decentralize. New exchanges that have strict listing requirements will make listings more meaningful, Like whsiperMSG, Valore, Elysian Finance my view is good going forward. I myself try to look at each project individually and there are some projects that are also very unique and stand out even though they may not be listed. For example, Blue0x Network you can see it here https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ended-blue0x-networkwescrow-5395449.

Seeing bounty campaigns as your main source of income sounds ridiculous from the start. The award campaigns are given to the authors here as rewards to those who actively produce content, and the campaign managers do not give too many difficult tasks. It may become more difficult to get rewards from bounty campaigns with the market decline.
I don't think he wrote that his main job was to work as a bounty hunter. Besides, he did some research and thought that some of the bounties were about his exchange. however, I think asking about it doesn't make other people make it their main job to do bounties.
Besides, he's asking because he wants to know why people support the project they're advertising. some have written that it is because of using escrow, trusted BM, the project is already listed, payment is using stable coins, and many other reasons depending on the standards we make to follow a project.

I think if you want to get a lot of results from the bounty campaign I suggest you don't just participate in the signature campaign because now there are so many bounty campaigns that have many other options besides the signature campaign, you can participate in social media or content that can provide additional results from the bounty campaigns.
Sure. More campaigns to follow means more chances to earn bigger money. Besides the signature campaign, there are some other campaigns that usually have a big allocation as well (Translation campaign, Video (Youtube) campaign, and Article (Blog) campaign). I sometimes take a look at the spreadsheet for some bounties, the people who followed these campaigns also got a big number of rewards (payment). But of course, to join these campaigns, we need specific skills, and it should take a long time to learn them. Except, you are already professional in creating videos, articles, or translating texts.

Allocation isnt enough for you to consider on how much you could potentially earn unless if they do set out some limits of participants that could able to join which tokens would be
received would really be that high but the main question is, would these coins be having a value later on? Amounts or numbers would not really be that enough if these
coins would be having no value in the end.So its useless and its not really that suggested to presume or anticipate that much on positive
if things arent that assured so that you wont really be making yourself that hopeful.

If you have other skills, why not? Like creating videos or writing articles.
This is actually one avenue to hone your skills. You can also learn the project itself while doing those activities.
But if you feel you are about to promote a scam or ponzi project, better not continue promoting the project.
It is your moral compass whether to continue accepting payment from a potential scam and live with your life that you are about to ruin somebody's life because you promoted it.

i think is better to promote the projects that are already in exchange, we are having lots of project entering the crypto space but most of them dont always survive the crypto space, at the end hunters wont get paid and sometimes they always pay coins that you wont be able able to sell. So i just prefer working for projects that are already in exchange because you will be able to sell the coin after receiving payment and you can also hold if you want to hold it. What i notice is that most of the project entering the crypto space dont survive the market and you just end up working for free.

What and what makes you promote a project?.

I can't recommend you a bounty campaign because it's like giving investment advice. :) Instead, I suggest you follow quality bounty managers. Hhampuz, CryptopreneurBrainboss, BountyDetective, julerz12, sujonali1819 and others...

Your first priority should be to have a good time on the forum. Enjoy the forum. :) Add something to your signature while enjoying the forum. There are successful campaign managers on this forum who do their job well. Follow them and join a campaign that's right for you. I wish you good luck.

I think most known managers in the forum don't accept Altcoin bounties if they smell fishy. It could ruin their ratings if that happens. So picking a good known manager is a good start if you are looking for a bounty that have a good chance to make you an income after sales.
If it's listed in an exchange, then much better. But have you found one? That happens rarely in this forum because most of them have a promise to be listed but it may take months or worse years.
