You might give some more information, because there are also exchanges that uses only Ethereum coins. The best exchange to trade Ethereum is Idex. I had so far no problems at all using this exchange plus it has low fees.

Coinbase and if you are looking for more Coins/Tokens use Binance or Bittrex.

Hint: If you are a beginner and have never traded before I advise you to not to do so at least until the BullMarket.

Buy High, Sell Low is probably the most widely used investment strategy followed in this sub. Thousands of people can't be wrong.

you could start with bittrex or binance if you already have previous experience with trading. but if you are starting from scratch would be a good practice to start with a simulator

For now I use Binance/Cryptopia and CryptoBridge.
I was also going to suggest crypto-bridge.org but then I didn't know how confusing (as a DEX) it can be for a beginner. I've never had any problems with it. It has always worked great for me, especially for trading small, lesser known coins. To be fair, some people report various issues with CryptoBridge. On the other hand, I did have some problems trading on Cryptopia in the past. Like inactive coin blockchains, withdrawal issues, etc. After a period of waiting, everything was eventually resolved. No exchange is perfect. That's why I thought trading on binance would be the best choice for a newbie.

What exchange is the best to trade on?
Please if you have any long term token to buy, thanks.

For now I use Binance/Cryptopia and CryptoBridge. You should also consider Shapeshift this is not normal exchange platform but this is most anonymouse change crypto way I know.
I rly hate exchange who want our personal data for trading you should avoid them they can freeze money like paypal

If you are not yet convinced with the given exchanges, choose the best from this link.
you can look it from https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/ for some clue,

Many satisfied traders are telling you that binance is the best for most so far. But if you are not convinced, you can try and trade to other exchange that has been operating for a long time. Don't trade with exchanges that are new, just to be safe.

There are many exchanges,
you can look it from https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/ for some clue,
Best exchange can be considered by low fee transaction and fee withdraw, high volume transaction, and unverified member can withdraw.

What exchange is the best to trade on?
I'll second the other posters here suggesting that binance as a good start. At the beginning, it is better to stick with only one (binance) until you have learned the mechanics of trading. In terms of liquidity, it is also one of the best, so you as a beginner won't have any problem with smooth trading.

Please if you have any long term token to buy, thanks.
That's anybody's guess. I try never to listen to other people when it comes to buying tokens. Learn how to conduct your own research before buying a token and in time, you will perfect your skills.
