I know of some sites that accepts bitcoin for online purchase, but for amazon, it is a big and we'll known online shopping mall that might not accept bitcoin. If I am mistaking, correct me, this is November, is amazon accepting bitcoin now, cause the last time I checked it's not.

I think BTC is expending. It can replace the curent paper money. Amazone acceptance of the BTC is correct. At present BTC is developing very strongly, showing its potential in the future is like This could turn out to be a massive moment in the BTC history which could open up further possibilities.

We need to wait and find out! Amazon is very big company and if they start to accept bitcoins that will make bitcoin more popular and trusted. I will not believe in this until it happens, I`m sure that one day they will start to accept bitcoins as payment method but when will that happen depends from them. Will they accept bitcoin directly or they will use service like bitpay is also important.

Also, Amazon was one of the early e-commerce trading companies and many new e-commerce companies follow its foot-step if they legalize Bitcoin then many other e-commerce companies and other companies may also start accepting the bitcoins. Hence making it as a new revolution.

There's been some positive developments since earlier this year but there's nothing to suggest its more than purely hype at this stage
The domains could've been secured to prevent other entities from acquiring them or they could actually be considering adopting BTC or ETH, whichever its an exciting development if they do accept those in future as that would be a massive boon for cryptos all round!

This is major achievement by Amazon and biggest adoption for bitcoin. Henceforth users will be able to buy the products with the bitcoin. I´d argue that this petition on change.org would have a higher chance of success if they scrapped
the Litecoin part. Litecoin blocks are basically empty, which implies that the coin is barely used
to transact at all. Therefore it would not make much sense to add LTC payments.
In my opinion Litecoin´s use case is being a testnet for new Bitcoin features (e.g. Segwit was live
on the LTC network well before the BTC network).

If true, that would help legitimize Bitcoin. It would also encourage competitors of Amazon to adopt a similar policy whether accepting Bitcoins or another cryptocurrency.
My guess is that big retailers will need to start doing this to keep up with technology and the needs and demands of the customers. They need to be more on the cutting edge rather than falling behind. It's just something they will have to start doing.
I never got the chance to read if Amazon do release an official statement regarding as to whether they will accept anytime soon. Most it are just rumor still I'm hoping for Amazon if they will accept digital currency as payment before December. It might begin an unbalance ratio between ratio supply and demands though.

I think for international class shopping sites like amazon start using bitcoin as a transaction tool will cause bitcoin degree rise in the world market's eye to start glancing bitcoin as a tool of this transaction is a big for bitcoin development and I'm sure there will be many company of online shopping company will start using bitcoin as a transaction tool.
