Not to nitpick but you really should stack them horizontal and keep both open ends (incoming air and outflow) away from the walls. Zhang was pretty specific about this been the way they are supposed to run during batch I shipping.

BTW do you guys know why BitFunder and WeExchange seem to go down with timeouts at the same time even though the IP addresses are on a different subnet? Seems odd, and they both come back up at the same time too.

Yes, I am going to do that, set up some proxies, like you suggested. I didn't expect the machines to be here today, I thought it would be monday. Since it was today, I had BTCGuild setup and I wanted to get them running.
