It isn't necessary to force kids to learn about Bitcoin until they mature. Because overloading them would have a negative impact on their minds. Showing them a Bitcoin cartoon really won't help, according to me. Because they will just enjoy the cartoon and not learn about Bitcoin. Since we are directly related to Bitcoin, ultimately our next generation will learn it. I am not saying it's a bad approach, but it's not very important. More beneficial will be teaching them when they are teenagers and very well-versed in using smart phones. Instead, playing games teaches them trading.
Most kids aren't taught basic financial skills in school, and their knowledge of regular money, banking, credit, saving, charity, investing, etc. isn't very strong. So, Bitcoin or not, you will probably have to supplement their education. The most important characteristic of bitcoin is that it is decentralized. That means no more powerful financial institutions leveraging exorbitant fees on every transaction we make. That means no corrupt, violent, and oppressive central governments dictating the supply of money and literally printing money as they see fit. We have the potential to liberate the world of this modern day economic enslavement that exists under our current financial system.
That potential is realized by a unified global rejection of the blood stained American Dollars while providing an alternative to it which is in the form of a universal and cryptographically secured digital currency. This digital currency, also known as Bitcoin, empowers the working people of the globe to take back the control of their finance from the elite ruling class of Zionist bankers. Bitcoin has the potential to free the world - and we are beginning to finally unite behind that idea.

Most people especially kids have heard about Bitcoin or crypto currency without really knowing what it is about or how it works.recently I came across a particular video which I found online.it was an animated video giving a very brief and basic knowledge about the concept of Bitcoin. It talked about why Bitcoin was created, how Blockchain works ,as well as mining.I saw it as a good approach to teaching young ones or even newbies about Bitcoin.Without saying much here is a link to the video.
https://www.facebook.com/reel/3050082035123654?mibextid=Hn3EexMF1WhlYZLE
Kids will definitely love to watch animated videos, but you can't expect that they can fully understand bitcoin just by seeing this video. As long as their minds are not ready yet, they won't totally gain full understanding on bitcoin no matter how hard we try. But no worries, when they reach their mature age, even if we don't introduce bitcoin to them, they will have the initiative to research on it as long as they will see bitcoin as their future.

However, this video could be good enough for new learners, even with kids. But knowing bitcoin is quite complicated, the best way to make a single individual understand bitcoin is to let him do diligent research and get engage him in the bitcointalk forum, rest assured he will learn bitcoin easily.

This is what many people don't understand, people who are trying to give advice about teaching bitcoin to children, people who are trying to force their children to learn bitcoin too early. There will come a time when they will be just like us, if they really see bitcoin as their future then no one can stop them from investing in bitcoin. Just like we are willing to defy the government ban and quietly invest in bitcoin. So, we should not waste time forcing or teaching them about bitcoin when they are too young or they show no interest.

Because like some people here, I also have children but I don't see any real reason or benefit in teaching my children about bitcoin. I'm not against bitcoin education for anyone, but at least we need the right audience, the right age. Instead of teaching randomly and without planning.

I am not sure If I have posted this or if I have seen someone suggest that it's better to teach your children about privacy and security rather than teaching Bitcoin. They should know why privacy is essential for them, to. Also, they should understand why security is another important thing. Once you see your child care about their privacy, then you can introduce them to Bitcoin!

Instead of forcing them to learn, you are giving them a solution when they are looking for one. Just make sure they are not getting it in a bad way. Make sure they know the difference between alts and Bitcoin.

Well, this is a good way of teaching kids but the results are;
 - forget after as their focus is on school and kid's life
 - some will appreciate it and ask more but the question is if there is anyone who could teach them more.

Teaching kids about Bitcoin is a great idea but we can't expect that it all the information they see will be retained in their minds, usually, they will forget it. It still needs the guidance of the parents and also, there is someone who could explain more in order for them to understand clearly.
I'm not a fan of kids being taught about Bitcoin, cryptocurrencies, or anything that has to do with finances and financial management department because their minds won't be able to understand the complexities of these things and it is not good to make them put a lot of pressure on their brains to learn or understand things that aren't even of their use at that age. We should let their brains be empty and free of all these things so that they can learn the basics of everything else around them first and once they grow older and their brain and mind gets broader, that's when they can get into all these things.

Occasionally, there might be children that are above 10 that may see Bitcoin online or read about it somewhere and then ask elders about it because that's an age bracket where kids usually ask a lot of questions and want to learn almost everything, if that happens, go ahead and tell them in the easiest way possible, but don't make them learn about it if they are not interested themselves.

I really don't understand what is the benefit of teaching bitcoin to children, why does it always become a topic of discussion when at their age it is only suitable for basic knowledge of life and most of the time their mission is to have fun and explore the world. I would love to know the people who are coming up with the idea of teaching bitcoin to children, have they done that with their children? Or do they not have children and know nothing about how to raise a child? Bitcoin is just a currency, and while they don't know what currency is, how can we teach them more complicated things?
Those who legitimately taught their children about Bitcoin, it's because of their passion and like for Bitcoin. It's just fine to teach them about Bitcoin but if they show no interest after introducing it to them, that's where one should stop. That's just like teaching something new to them and if they think that they should stop learning from it then that's how it goes. And those that haven't got a child yet, maybe it's on their plan that when their kid grow up a little bit and understands some things already and that's where they're going to teach them.

But as I also asked, what are the benefits of letting children learn bitcoin too early? Do you have children and have you taught them about bitcoin? And have you seen anyone teach their children about bitcoin as they say, or do they just talk but never do? Because like some people here, I also have children but I don't see any real reason or benefit in teaching my children about bitcoin. I'm not against bitcoin education for anyone, but at least we need the right audience, the right age. Instead of teaching randomly and without planning.

Kids nowadays are curious especially if they see it on social media. Maybe we think that the video will not be watched as they don't look interested in this kind of video has no big impact on them but due to curiosity, maybe once they see it their path knowing Bitcoin will start
We can even see this behavior in our own children at home, how they spend their internet quota every month watching animated videos although most children don't watch bitcoin animated videos specifically. If content creators understand the desires of young children, perhaps they can make animated videos about Bitcoin as interesting as possible and will slowly make young children interested in watching them. This can also provide benefits for content creators because the more viewers there are, the greater the profits they will get from the videos they upload on their YouTube channels.

I have several times seen children watching videos about cryptocurrency though they are not specifically about bitcoin. When I tried to search the YouTube history of what they watched, I was quite surprised by the videos they watched over and over again. I think we can use this method when we intend to slowly introduce Bitcoin to them though we are sure they will never understand it more deeply at their current age.

I acknowledge the fact that no knowledge is a waste but bordering kids with Bitcoin knowledge is completely irrelevant, at some age let children be children teaching them about bitcoin could be beneficial at some point but where they can't put this knowledge use for the time being then it should be set aside till when it is due.
When it comes to newbies it's a basic beginners knowledge that is shared it's quite appreciated

Teaching children about bitcoin may have its advantages but I'm also not too comfortable with that idea. Children should be allow to pick interest on their own and choose whether to learn about it or not. The video actually makes sense but it's passing a wrong message to children with that statement "you mentioned criminals twice" labeling government as criminals. Government has its lapses but giving children such impressions at their early age is not a good idea.

agreed i guess it depends on the target age group but if you want to teach kids as early as 8 years old about economy money and corruption and etc they might grow too suspicious of everything and forget what it is to be like a kid

teaching adolescents especially those who are almost in college or in college about crypto might be the best age to teach the youth about crypto for they are mature enough to not need these concepts too simplified for them

Yes sure if we engage our children in early age to get knowledge about bitcoin then it will become difficult for them to continue their study. Already children has a burden of their study so we should help them rather than engaging them in study as well as earning. When they grew up then tell them about what is good and what is bad and also teach them about bitcoin as the basic age for engaging them in crypto earning is above 20 years.

That knowledge which you learned but don't use it for getting experience will be forgotten because if don't use anything in daily routine then wo don't remember that after few days. Therefore it will be important for every parent to not put burden on you children which they cannot afford and when they become youngster then teach them well until they get profitable results.
I agree with your opinion not to involve children who still have the obligation to learn what they want and when they are around 20 years old just give them an understanding of Bitcoin so that they will easily be able to understand so they can use it and can also make investments. When they are still children of course they will prefer to play while learning and it is very unlikely that children will think about how they will earn money.

Its good ideas guide our children trough animated videos about what Bitcoin? I don't think its really necessary because children have freedom to spent their time for playing and watching such as their cartoon categories not push them have to understood well with bitcoin. I think have limit age for teaching our children to know about bitcoin such not pressure your elementary school kids have to understand the lesson of senior high school. Many wrong perception right now although its very good way how to make our children as the future or bitcoin and altcoin investor but don't blame what required by children based on their age. Stop huge ambition and make your self on the children position during their age what really needed an entertainment or education.

Lets be positive thinking if you want to give best future for your children and never push them is not like what do you want, give them freedom to choose which one in better for them.

With so many animated videos like that, young people can be attracted to learn more about Bitcoin. If it interests them, they will definitely look for more information. They are young people with a high curiosity about something and will try to find out more about Bitcoin.
Yes, of course, if we guide our children through animated videos about what Bitcoin is, how blockchain works, or how we can improve our economy. So I think it will not be a problem because, first of all, if we are showing the child useless videos, i.e., movies, songs, etc., then it is not better that we teach him from childhood how to get financial freedom in our economy. How can it be improved, etc.

According to the survey, one-third of children become addicted to pornography in 10 years. And the reason is that these children are given Netflix and many such assessments at a young age. Which they see slowly moving towards Pornography. While it will not be better to guide them about Bitcoin instead through animated videos.

So it means that if the child is guided about Bitcoin through animated videos, I think he will be able to easily understand all the problems in the future that we and our country need regarding the current economy. And the second is that the child will stay away from these futile things, which means that watching something leads these children in the wrong direction (Netflix, TV). So it is better that we educate our child about Bitcoin so that he too can benefit from a rare thing like Bitcoin instead of wasting time on useless things.

I know no being rich is not valuated by age but age should be considered at when chasing riches.
Basically Bitcoin should be thought or better expressed to those who are interested about it and not indirectly imposing it on everyone such as the kids like it is a compulsory venture.
I learnt to practically studies my kids during their leisure times to figure what they portrays through their exercise behaviors and tends to breed them up cordially to what their portray potentials is related to be possesed so as to technically fumes them to grow with what they could be best of taking for a carrier and not putting up chasing riches up before them.

Mind you... Bitcoin is a global assets but definitely not for everyone.
However I was thought to bring the childs in the way they should grow and so when they grows they don't depart from me.

I would take the lessons from the video as a medium of bringing up to person's who never knew or has no knowledge about Bitcoin and not strictly for kids only

As you said knowledge doesn't go to waste so teaching kids will also not go to waste even though they might not get benefit out of that knowledge at the current being. And you gave a point to other members to object to because cartoons like these are not specially made for children but for newbies who are also considered as children because cartoons or animations work better than articles.

Because we learn more from the cartoonish videos and getting an idea of how blockchain works and how BTC works do not mean we have to adopt it anyway, we can still choose not to but what if in the future you get to need a mechanism just like BTC but due to no knowledge of its existence of structure you won't be able to benefit from it so its better to learn things as general knowledge.
In my opinion, even though nothing wrong about teaching kids with Bitcoin but it's still not fit to their age. As their very young age, it would be better to let them learn the basic information of Bitcoin. But most of the kids always wants game, so if you just teach them directly about Bitcoin they will ignore. Only few kids already have an interest to big things such as Bitcoin, most of them are high intellectual child.

Actually, if we look at the video, it is quite interesting, it is presented with cartoons which will definitely be more interesting for kids to watch. However, judging from its contents, this is quite difficult for kids to understand. Indeed, in the video it seems as if children can understand it, but in reality, if it were a child, then I'm not sure I would be that focused on a long and heavy explanation about Bitcoin. Unless it's a teenager, perhaps children's tendency is to play and whatever they see is for entertainment. But that doesn't mean this video is meaningless, because after all what children see from this video will later be stored in their memory. So that one day they are reconnected with the name Bitcoin, they will become familiar. Yes, at least this is one approach, but it doesn't mean to expect children to really understand Bitcoin, especially how to create it and its mechanisms. This is too difficult and complex for children. Although some say that today's children are different, and more aware of technology. but most of them are still children.

Thanks for sharing this link but AFAIK this link with other 2 or 3 links more, a member has already posted here. It seems hard for me to find the post link but just to clear things out, this video does make sense but still, it will not clear all the doubts of a newbie like the architecture of the BTC blockchain and how a block connected with each other, why we can't hack or modify the previous blocks, etc. type question is advanced questions.

Even most of the newbies won't even come to think about them, their first questions will be why we adopt it, whether we adopt it as currency or asset, and what benefit we can have with it, and most newbies will drop the idea to adopt it when they come to realize that they will be the sole owner and they have the full responsibility of there funds now and they can't blame banks for some mistake or any other centralized authority from whom they can recover their funds via insurance like shits.

When they will get to know about it, they will quickly leave the idea of adopting the BTC but the smart ones will adopt it like me like you like this community  Cool Cool

There are always unique stories about bitcoin users about how they first got to know bitcoin. Some know him because of his social community in the real world - many also know him because they find interesting reading on social media about how to make money. There are quite a lot of advertisements about cryptocurrency on social media now and they are everywhere, so when they completely ignore it then they have really missed a stepping stone that could improve their finances in the long term.

The bitcoin community throughout the world has grown and this has been exploited by anyone to gain profit. Content creators will take advantage of their ability to make money with their content - this includes information and learning about bitcoin.

op To me teaching bitcoin to kids is nothing but stupid. Because children do not want to study properly under the guise of play. They cannot focus on something as important as Bitcoin. They are just busy with sports, if you try to teach them about Bitcoin, you will fail completely. Bitcoin should be taught at a time when you can make your own decisions. If you don't understand the importance of bitcoin, you will spend all day explaining it to kids and they won't understand anything about bitcoin. Sixteen to seventeen year old boys and girls can be taught about Bitcoin then they will slowly understand the importance of Bitcoin.
I really don't see how stupid it is, teaching your kids Bitcoin. You shouldn't forget that there's no age limit when it comes to Bitcoin and knowledge at large. A child at young age, having a sound understanding of how Bitcoin works, will be have more edges overs his pairs in the future when he finally comes off age.

For me, the video wasn't only to educate kids, but also to teach those new to Bitcoin like the Average Joe the basic understanding of how Bitcoin system works. For someone with little or no Knowledge about Bitcoin, just a gasps of the major points from this video, he will be able to start his journey into the Bitcoin world. The animation video was informative and also interesting of which I enjoyed watching.

You should remember that knowledge is power and no knowledge is wasted no matter how little it might look, it will definitely come I'm handy.

It seems the video was cut off so I’ll like to know if it’s a full movie or just a clip that talks about Bitcoin.

Yea it's a full movie on YouTube, someone posted the link so I'm sharing again with you.
