Add AMT in the list. They did the same thing with their hardware. They didnt even bother hiding it. The images were all still using the mining configuration against f2pool with a user kusmet (means luck in Bulgarian which Joshua Zipkin CEO of AMT happens to speak). The user and fucks us all thread in the hardware subforum cover the details.

Don't trust any company that requires payment months to even a year before you get the product. Its a full blown scam.
The wait was suppose to be only 3 months for me but that was 10 months ago. At the time my focus was on whether or not they could produce the hardware and I was keen to upgrade my block erupters. Clearly I needed to take the blinders off and realize I could be sending every penny I had to Gypsies and sure enough I was.
Their reputation as clever thieves is well garnered.

Black Arrow has been mining with our hardware since they used our pre-order money to finance their Bitfury farm back in September of 2013.

This is no new surprise, we knew this from BFL for a long while, when my units did finally arrive from BFL my units had dust stuck to all the fan blades, the unit showed clear use.

Today I finally received my units from Feb. 2 order. One unit was almost clean, while other one is moderate dusty. After checking all connections and desoldering F1 fuse, I started to configure units. First unit has been tuned to ozco.in and that is not surprise, cos same config was on my unit from batch one. Second unit has more interesting config:

716.40851602 BTC was mined from April 22 by various units. And only gods know, how much was mined on ozco.in.
So, regardles what said Yifu, the answer is: YES, Team Avalon is mining with customer units.
PS: I'm don't have any problems with fact, that Avalon is mining with my units, if this is burn test and not introducing shipment delays.
