this is so funny poor country like vietnam with low standard of living and high unemployment rate is legalizing what seems to be helping some poor people. I dont know what is wrong with this government. they are so corrupt and gullible. they dont want anything that will not benefit their pocket in any way. upon all the bad influence like drug abuse,rape etc. that need serious regulation. they abandon this and want to legalize BTC. what a useless government.

There we go! Always good news when a country decides to legalize Bitcoin. We still have a lot to go though. Just keep pushing on and more and more will legalize it. 
It is the most appreciable step of Vietnam. Because Vietnam is a third world country and it is very good for their people to have a crypto currency which they will be able use anywhere in the world, while keeping in their bitcoin wallet is also beneficiary to them, because the price of bitcoin is growing more and more and the holders will earn as much money as they have bitcoin in their wallets. Great to see more countries opening their eyes to the possibilities of crypto. At the same time though, countries acknowledging the value seems in a big part to be to increase taxation, which is counter to what I feel are some of the core reasons for using Bitcoin. I'm torn between the possibilities for boosts in value, and the overregulation of something meant to be decentralised.

good to hear mate, welcome to the world of bitcoin, at first, all country are being skeptical from being involve in bitcoin, but sooner if they study and learn all about bitcoin they know how its work, they will change their mind and get to accept this opportunity that every one on their country can have in this bitcoin.
