I dont think what Vietnam can change something on crypto market
as I've said some time before, Asian countries are ahead of other countries in bitcoin adopting. I'm here waiting to see some EU country to fully accept bitcoin, like SWE, GER or maybe even SWISS.
Another good news coming from an Asian country. Every country seems to see the great potential of bitcoin. No doubt that the price of bitcoin starts to see and how I wonder what's Satoshi Nakamoto's thought about this thing. Seeing his invention being used by almost all countries.
Vietnam plans to legalize bitcoin, I've heard Australia want to do so, Russia want to regulate cryptocurrencies and there's South Korean that plans to regulate digital currency as wel. The South Korean Financial Services Commission (FSC), announced on September 3 how they would deal with digital currencies such as bitcoin and ether, according to local publications.

Yes, the news seems similar which those countries "plans to", better than nothing. But, I will be happy if the news said "finally legalize cryptocurrencies", just like Japan government legalized bitcoin as legal payment.

the more interesting the news is, the more advanced countries that legalize bitcoin will increase the users and investors who join, and one by one the world will legalize bitcoin, which may benefit the country.

Since many people in Vietnam currently are mining for bitcoin in general, maybe It's just a step for taking tax from bitcoin when the government accepts it everywhere. Like when they stolen people's gold after the second World War.

With bitcoin legalization in Vietnam certainly gives a positive signal for the development of bitcoin in southeast asia,
and of course will bring good change to the country as well as its users both in vietnam and those in various countries.
Well, legalization of bitcoin in Vietnam is a great news and I think it has big impact in their industry and economic. Does this mean bitcoin will be accepted anywhere in Vietnam like fiat money?
In a few years time, the status of Bitcoin legality in Vietnam has changed from first hostile to contentious, and then from contentious to permissive. I am glad with this change, as Vietnam is one of the more populous nations in the south-east Asian region.

This is good news and hope it will be implemented sooner or later so that the issue on Chinas banning the ICO will be replaced by a good news. If this will be implemented this September then we can see bitcoin again spiking up towards 5000 $. Hope other countries will adopt bitcoin even if there are regulations being placed the most important thing is that it is adopted and used.

I think this will help bitcoin to bounce back even a little from the downward trend that happened with bitcoin's price after the Chinese government has banned the ICO market and cryptocurrencies. Vietnam may not be as big and influential as China but I believe this will still have a positive effect on bitcoin's price.
This is an inevitable thing to happen for countries who have made Bitcoin illegal, the good thing about this is their government saw the potential of Bitcoin that it will bring to them from tourist paying Bitcoin to even local exchanges making profit it can boost their economy if things went well to Bitcoin. Great start for Vietnam! I know there are many friends who are here from Vietnam. It is also a good way for bitcoin as more countries are joining to legalize it.
