Just found this coin pretty cool but i cannot get connections Huh

I download create a 10k.conf file in the downloads with the wallet

My 10k.conf file consists of server=1

I am using windows 7. Can anyone see a problem?

Would appreciate any help as i am new to creating conf and where to place it etc

I dont know how the 10k satoshi work.

there were approx 60,000 coins at the end of pow, 10k is how much interest the coins earn while being held in someones wallet... I thought we'd be close to 700,000 total coins by now yet we're just under 337,000 Cheesy

I find it to be a fascinating "experiment" and have already made back my original investment (a few times)

for sure I got more pos blocks the first couple of days but as more and more wallets are held by more people it increases the network weight as more people are competing for them, so of course it has slowed down a little bit... but if you were getting a pos block every 2 - 3 hrs before and now it's every 6 or 7 hours then your pos block will have 6 hrs of interest instead of just 2 hrs Cheesy

so your not missing any profit.

Update on my 10K staking slow-down issue.

Although staking (minting) has slowed way down the amount minted appears to be way higher!

So all in all no worries lol.

I used to mint coins about every 1.5 hours and am now minting about every 5-6 hours but minting way more. (Of course by now my weight and total number has increased too)

So to anyone just starting off staking 10K be patient. Dont stare at your wallet every 5 minutes and watch that total grow!
