Just double click the file and it will open up in Notepad. Alternatively open Notepad and the open the 10k.conf file in it. Copy past the content and save again.

Yes. Vegas sale did not push prices down. Nice clean exit at the price you wanted for your max profit without hurting the markets. You get way more by putting sales then dropping on buys. With a dump you make even less.
