Yobit is the reason you're having problems, my rule of thumb with yobit was to check the coin thread for complaints before buying anything there, however i dont use them anymore due to the piss poor support and numerous coins that are either dead or that yobit refuse to update/fix.
use cryptopia, novaexchange or poswallet and you'll be fine
You should buy 1337 from cryptopia, it can withdraw and i never got a problem in cryptopia. Check wallet operation and make sure it work before you buy a coin from exchange.
I agree that everyone who wants to buy 1337 coins to buy and sell on Cryptopia as Yobit is a joke and will take forever to fix a wallet in maintenance.
I my self just picked up another 1 million 1337 coins to stake as I want to get to my goal of 10 million which I'm just 1.5 million off now.

Just open a support ticket and pray that they'll solve it asap..
Yobit is on the wrong chain. No way yobit want to switch over to another chain. Because yobit will lose all their staked coins. Most likely they already sold their coins on their exchange.
I didn't manage to like yobit, now after this accusation you made it is sealed that I won't use em again. Even if your accusation is wrong
