The 2bacco wallet was synching ok, when the miners were finding blocks.

2bacco just needs some funding, and there  is the crowdfunding which is planned for about mid-july 2016, and hopefully 2bacco gets some funding from that.

Last year, I had put the 2bacco exchanges at the top of the OP, and just left it like that since then.

But I will put the mining pools at the top instead, just give me a little bit to get around to that.

It might have been a temporary increase in traffic, nothing to worry about.
That is part of the crowdfunding is the increased costs of making sites like 2bacco.com DDOS protected and stuff like that, but it costs money sometimes, recurring costs.

Just in the early phases of considering things like Team2bacco,
I like the sound of that.

And considering redesigning the 2bacco OP, if I understand coolinthedark, he might have been asking for more emphasis on the mining of 2bacco coins.

I think more emphasis on mining 2bacco coins is probably a good idea.

The page isn't rezzing for me, I'll check with the hosting,

no need to panic, it might be DDOS attack but the main issue

is that people won't be able to download the 2bacco wallet during this down period.

Are you talking about how the exchanges are all at the top of the OP?
Do you want more emphasis on the mining of 2bacco coins, and your mining pool?

Why transaction fees get in top? My pool cannot send payments anymore because of high fees.
Found 437 block so far in 24 hours in my pool. These fees can stop everything...

2bacco needs mining pools to add 2bacco, and miners to mine 2bacco,
we need the wallet to synch, so we can send/receive 2bacco coins.

Increasing budget of crowdfunding,

to include:

It is a good idea to budget a couple years ahead, and to have more than one of the needed services for 2bacco coin.
(it is not good to have all your eggs in one basket, in case the basket falls)
So 2bacco ought to try and continually have at least two of each of the needed services.


- upgrading the 2bacco wallet to POS/POW, with new look interface in the wallet 6-12 bitcoins, or $3000 to $6000 USD.

- pay for payment processing, I have to check again to see how much this will cost.

- mining pools, paying to have 2bacco added/listed at mining pools

- block explorer, paying for a couple of block explorers

- nodes, paying for nodes, we can buy 3 nodes at bitnodes.net for $99/year,
where else can we buy nodes?

- faucets, paying for a couple of 2bacco faucets, created and managed/run,
along with ensuring there is continually 2bacco coins to be given away at
the 2bacco faucets

- android app, pay to have this made

- advertising, 12 bitcoin/year, or 24 bitcoin for 2 years. multiple different ways to advertise.

- 2bacco website hosting and website development or network development, at least two webdesigners/programmers,
6 bitcoin/year, or 12 bitcoins for 2 years.

- Ongoing Software Develpment needs. At least two dev's, 24 bitcoin/year or 48 bitcoins for 2 years.



Roughly adding it all up:


54 to 102 bitcoins needed in the crowdfunding


54 bitcoin ( $27,000 ) funds 2bacco for 1 year

102 bitcoin ( $51,000 ) funds 2bacco for 2 years



This estimated budget would improve 2bacco considerably,(from 2bacco's current states)
while it would provide some part-time employment, it won't provide full time employment,
but it would provide a foundation for more stability and growth for 2bacco coin over the next couple of years.

*note: if the funding comes in as fiat(cash or credit cards etc..), then we may need to increase these figures by up to 20% more, because of fees to buy bitcoin with fiat and transfer etc...
