************ NOTICE TO ALL USERS *******************

PLEASE STOP USING HACKSHARDS POOL - Lots of reports coming in with issues and theft. Also, stop using .nl or untrusted/easy to scam domains. Do some research yourself, do a WHOIS LOOK UP. Don't go after NEWLY developed domains, GO for long-term pools that have a reputation and good security mechanism.

ALWAYS LOOK AT OP for UPDATES, VERIFIED & RECOMMENDED LIST OF POOLS!

Also, CryptoPools.com is going down. DO NOT USE IT EITHER!!!

All Pools must go to Verification Processes to be ADDED @ OP for 'RECOMMENDED' Pool Choices

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND p2pool.org

Lol, so all sites from the netherlands are untrusted or scam? You made my day kid.

That is not my point... anyone can scam on any domain, my point is to do a WHOIS for the domain name... but its easier for others to NOT pass a verification process through others TLDs.. I know some domain registers are STRICT as to what is listed in the WHOIS... and some don't care. So, don't take it as in NL domains could be scam. That is not true.. the idea is the user must do their research for WHOIS and Company History before starting their service.

Also, CONTACT a pool, do your own research... ask them questions before signing up. We will do some homework ourselves to help the community, but we cannot do everything ourselves... its all up to you.  and yes, I will correct myself here with the edit... I see why that could have been interrupted that way. Edited original post.

wow you're a spammer. reported. you clearly have an agenda to make other pools look bad. your post history clearly shows this. gtfo.
Roll Eyes It's just like this:
Postman provided you a letter from hospital with your health results.
You call him a spammer.

I have no interest with other pools. Clearly, this is something we are investigating and my intention is to make sure 42 is being serviced properly. So what is wrong with some extra security measures if I am protecting YOU?  The reason why I recommended p2pool is because there is no account withdrawals.. However most pools with 42 has been good and tested working... Except for some new issues popping up from users. Also cryptopools opted out unti they come back.

I love pools, its a big foundation of mining, and we want more... but after seeing so many of these reports, we need the pools to contact us with some verified info to help protect their users and think of security functions to protect everyone.

Maco is just trying to keep everyone safe. If someone reports a pool for scamming or being hacked we have to take action to prevent other users from being harmed.

If a pool is reported they are put under the possible technical difficulty's section until they PM either me or Maco to be removed and put back on the recommended or regular pools list.

Relax guys.
Are there so much criminals runnig Pools?
I wanted start mining in near future, but all the
things we can read here......

Not sure but I recommend p2pool and I've said it before, some people are just really jumpy for no reason. I don't know if there is actual theft or not, but I am researching it, but it makes no sense for people to jump in this thread when its the pool itself. People need to do their homework, and always check the OP for new updates

you`re right all these negative reports about these pool  op`s in this thread
brings a bad shape for 42.

@deltree

What the hell are you talking about? You think I can predict the future or something? I am just reporting what is being reported by others. Hackshard needs to come clean and clear out their name. They did VERIFY their info with Hendo... and STOP making accusations people. Some people jump the gun right away. People need to also contact their pool if they have issues and report back to us if there is no solution asap. We rather work with all service providers that are servicing 42 coin community.

Do wish you would have warned people in the first thread and I could have saved my 0.00000708 42's which now I will never come close to mining even in 3 months Sad But well I hope others get saved!

Am 100% sure it's one of the other pool operators I may have used in the past. Same credentials here would mean I was vying to get robbed when someone cunning came along.

PLEASE STOP USING HACKSHARDS POOL - Lots of reports coming in with issues (not sure if there is THEFT or NOT-) Also, stop using throw away domains (with no WHOIS History  or untrusted/easy to scam domains with no background or business history). EDIT: I am researching Hackshards pool and other pools as we speak. For Now, Hackshards is Listed as Technical Difficulties for now)

Edit: Line #2 about stop using throw away domains. I was trying to say that some TLDs aren't giving users a safe advantage because some domains are made to scam people on, and it doesn't cost them as much to get started and scam people. I used .nl in that example and that was removed since that isn't the case for any specific TLD. Numerous reports did come in about http://42.pooljunkie.nl/ and we have yet heard anything back from them to clear their name.

“Blockchain Just Entered The Real World”
Be wary of hackshard's 42 pool, my account is still accessible but all money was taken out in a manual payout, second account was impacted too over there but thankful manual payout reached my own address which is strange!

The wallet that the amount was sent to was:
4SndEsqGBbSjaLJxvMmXxNqzfS3Hm24XrN

Can anyone find out if this guys been stealing over the place or just me?

I've gotten 3/3 payouts, so far so good.
