I've mined 42 from day 1, but I have to query why a coin with such a high difficulty (currently 129!) has such a low value at present?
This isn't a high generation coin, surely it can't be profitable for the Multi-pools to mine this? Ok, so 1 Dent is currently equivalent to roughly 300 satoshi, but one block only nets 4200 Dents. Compare that to Doge (~128 Satoshi) or Kitteh (70-120 Satoshi); which can net up to 1 million and 100,000 per block respectively and faster block times; their per block values are considerably higher. Kitteh currently only has a difficulty of 35; so why are we seeing a difficulty of 129?
It smacks of market manipulation; I suspect someone with a *lot* of bitcoin is keeping the market low so they can get an entire coin cheap.

A 1% house edge is not very reassuring. The "element of ruin" calculations are beyond what I'm willing to do for a forum post, but my memory tells me that you need a LARGE pool to have a low chance of losing the houses "bankroll" with that low edge. I would fear even 2%.

I bought in with a lot of money and I'm not selling for a loss. All altcoins are down at the moment and I think they will all go back up. I'm just a bit pissed off that when any altcoin goes on the market it gets priced 10x what it eventually goes down to in a short term. Some of us buy coins expecting a return for whatever reason from paying bills to whatever it is you need the money for.
I am going to wait this out and see it to the end or at least until it goes up in value. I'm putting my trust in Hendo and Maco and if I ended up making a shitty speculative investment in the end, then so be it.
I'm all in with this coin for what I put in. It is either I make gains or I lose my investment completely. I'm done caring about the price for now. I'm not in favor of block reward halving for this coin. I hope it all gets mined asap.
