actually I don't understand how sariah norms can function in crypto ?
how about transaction fees? I have not seen if the adab has an attractive offer compared to the existing exchange
There is, later they will show it all, and yes, I also do not understand how the rules of Shari'ah can be attributed to cryptocurrency, if they are not related
In General, they explained that the transaction fees will be taken in ADAB-tokens. Thus, they plan to support their token and ADAB-token is Halal. But in Shariah norms I'm not strong either.

First islamic crypto exchange must have unique design, not similar with previous exchanges.
You can also add something islamic as well.

yes, it must. but as you can see their Exchange have nothing unique. infact they don't have any exchange they just used available plugins and tools and created an exchange which is no way unique and especially and literally has nothing Islamic in it.
I have to agree with most of the users here that it's just another scam project. they are using name of Islam to scam the muslim community.

Thank you for your post. Just look at the screenshot above.

Did you see see how the scammers flood this thread as soon as you posted? They want to drown out voices such as yours and mine by starting new pages in the thread.

This in another page dedicated to the "scammer bots", "give-me-bounty-for-each-incoherent-post-I-make-to-pump-this-thread", "freebie token seeking vagabonds" and "airdrop beggars" keep pumping up the thread praising the Adab Haraam scam exchange.

I am going to keep posting while the desperate fools continue to fool themselves by talking to each other using multiple aliases, they try to fool investors by showing this is a genuine investment when the truth is this is the Adab Haraam exchange scam

A person is obviously trying hard, since he makes posts at such a speed, the norms of Sharia are not related to a cryptovalue at all, but the fact that different individuals who have earned in an unfair way can invest money, then this is no longer a team problem.
You were given the reason that he is a former employee, the most common revenge for dismissing a person, everyone decides for himself whether to believe the project or not.

By the way Islamic Development Bank has invested like 2 billions in KAZAKHSTAN projects and they see a lot of perspectives in islamic banking there, so you underestimate this country in terms of islamic banking.
Hater, you don't see big picture. I don't want you to invest, but don't spread baseless conclusions.

Adab Haraam exchange = scam

The Kazakh trio behind this scam are "non-denominational Muslims"
so this cannot be a Shariah compliant or Halal project

Pathetic scammers.... Shame on these Adab Haraam exchange scammers for lying. This is not Shariah compliant or Halal, it is the opposite.

Adab Haraam scammers exchange are willing to accept money from illegal and immoral sources including from pimps and prostitutes as well a drug dealers and alcohol manufacturers and they claim to have morals.

Nothing Shariah or Halal about these scammers. They Kazakh team trio-leaders have not even announced which religion and which denomination if any they follow. Shameful.

Timur Turzhan - CEO, Founder

Rustam Turzhan - COO, co-founder

Maxat Salpyn - Deputy CEO of Islamic Finance

You three are from Kazakhstan so are you all Muslim?

It is important to ask this question because you are main protagonists behind this scam called Adab Haraam exchange.

Which sect or interpretation of Shariah or Islam do you claim follow?

If you are Muslims are you Sunni?

If you are Muslims clarify are you Hanafi?

If you are Muslims clarify are you non-denominational Muslims?

We await your answers to find out how much you follow Shariah

I think I started to believe what you said, because the team did not give an answer or response to the statement you said. if this project is not a Scamm, the team should respond to your statement, but there is no firm response here

Thank you for your post. It is normal when scams get exposed more and more people realise it and decide to stay away from it.

If they will not answer the questions to prove they are Shariah compliant and make false allegations against those exposing these scammers then everybody will believe they are scammers.

Thank you for your reply.
Following your answers -
1. There are discussions around the BitcoinTalk on you removing people Smiley Just saying it is not only one guy...
2. Alright, I get it, but being transparent with Shariah norms means you should show everything as transparent as possible, but it is your decision, don't want to push you in the corner with that.
3. Sure It doesn't, but it may prevent you, because you stepped on thin ice by being First Islamic Exchange, It is not that easy to achieve.
4. Well... by telling that you about to get the license and you have it - are two different scenarios, think about it.
5. Noted
_____________
I have a few more questions:
Do you have the feedback of the 3rd Islamic party which is not interested in the project?

How will you benefit from the financial point of view?

What is the reason for a token to grow in the future?

What if smb perform forbidden strategies like the pump and dump on your exchange or use it for something "Bad"?

Hello.
Thanks for your attention.

1. from one person. I am more than confident that the newbies who very professionally criticize are his multiple accounts.
2. how is the difference between Shariah or not Shariah? There are ICO rules. Private sale is classified information! It has always been the case and in all projects it is so! Or do you want to say, for example, if you come to the bank and ask them to show you someone's a bill, will they show you? Everywhere has its own rules. And no matter what religion the project or person adheres to.
3. Thank you for understanding. We will do everything in our power.
4. -
5. -

Do you have the feedback of the 3rd Islamic party which is not interested in the project?
- Not yet, but we have Muhamad Abu Bakar as an advisor, this is a person who was the first in the world to recognize Bitcoin halal, and he became interested in our project and became our advisor

How will you benefit from the financial point of view?
What is the reason for a token to grow in the future?

- I cannot answer these questions quickly and briefly.. Better read our financial forecast https://adabsolutions.com/docs/ff/en_ff.pdf. There are answers to your questions.

What if smb perform forbidden strategies like the pump and dump on your exchange or use it for something "Bad"?
- The members of the Shari'ah Council are influential and respected people in the world of Islamic finance. And they won't risk their reputation. At the moment the council has already been created! but we cannot announce it until FICE will be launched.

with best regards

What nonsense. Is this the best Adab Haraam exchange and its "scammer bots", "give-me-bounty-for-each-incoherent-post-I-make-to-pump-this-thread", "freebie token seeking vagabonds" and "airdrop beggars" can do?

Forget their fees and their ethics and moral about Shariah because they are lying to get ICO funding. Instead just have a look at their "exchange" who would want to use that piece of trash to trade?

It has been strung together by using a few plugins on a basic cms. Yuk  Shocked

Why do you think that they need own money to build exchange?
They are launching ICO to raise money for their idea, it doesn't imply that they should invest own money.

That's the point, in order to raise money for your project, you need to launch an ICO project so that in future there will be a project development

I don't think it is scam, they have open profiles in Linked in, they operate according to shariah norms and they are legit at all.
Today they have a lot of contests in telegram and they are giving out ethereum as well!

DUDE! for real? do you think having an open account will change anything? Following your words, everyone who has no idea in religion can Make an ICO and collect money for own goods. They will never say where did they collect fiat money, They will never show you the smart contract (Just because it is freaking wallet), They sell tokens with 150% bonus, OMG come on!

DO you really think it is the legit project?

This Adab Haraam exchange project is a scam...

These three team members from Kazakhstan but living in Uzbekistan are non-denominational Muslims so are not following Shariag. They are claiming to follow Shariah but they are scammers.

Look at their web page stating "immoral services" but there is nothing Shariah about this. They will accept ICO funding from anybody without vetting them which might be including from prostitutes and pimps.

These scammers will not approve funding for immoral services, gambling and alcohol and usuary BUT will accept ICO from prostitutes, pimps and drug dealer.

Look at these Adab Haraam exchange scammers using tradingview.com plugins to show they are "developing" a Shariah exchange

A dashboard plugin... soooooooo funny and pathetic looking like coded 20 years ago !

These fools have zero money of their own. They will use the ICO money to build this exchange from scratch and they have no programmer to design the website and exchange on their Team page. On top of that there is nothing Islamic or Shariah about the ICO fundraising part of the exchange because they are happy to accept funding from prostitutes and pimps

The trio from KAZAKHSTAN but living in Uzbekistan are "non-denominational Muslims" so it means the cannot follow Shariah or preach its principles to anybody else. They are happy to accept ICO funding from the following so how can they be Muslim or comply with Shariah?

pimps
prostitutes
porn actors
those currently behind bars in prison serving prison sentences
those that sell drugs/narcotics
those that manufacture, test and sell weapons
those that own publications online/print media cursing Muslims and those that have anti-Muslim agenda
those that own, transport or sells alcohol
those that own breweries and manufacture alcohol

I wonder what sense it is to lie to the developers at all, they don’t have any benefit to do this, I believe them that it’s true that you are a former employee, just few people would do this every day
There are competitors who are not interested in the successful future of the ADAB platform.

Many projects have competitors it is indisputable. But in this case it is likely personal motives as explained by the representative of ADAB. If we are talking about the forumer.

This ugly pathetic looking piece of trash website is going to take on Binance and Bittrex and the rest just because the scammers lie by calling it Shariah compliant?

Looks like some hideous software coded 20 years ago.

The Adab Haraam exchange scammers are using tradingview.com to get their stats for their "exchange"

Nothing custom coded here, all available plugin software including their cms platform

pre-sales will last for another 37 days, you still have enough time to buy tokens.

this is look very bad if everyone can participate in pre-sale with huge bonus
And the bad thing is, everyone can buy tokens for themselves, but on the other hand, they usually make a closed pre-sale for investors.
If the pre-sale is held with big bonuses and many people buy tokens at a discount then in the future such a token can fall greatly in price.
