After reading all the comments here, I understand how many people have the same opinion about the project, but I didn’t see any negatives at all, nobody here is forcing anyone to invest in it, everyone makes a choice for himself whether to do it

Adab Haraam exchange = scam

The Kazakh trio behind this scam are "non-denominational Muslims"
so this cannot be a Shariah compliant or Halal project

Pathetic scammers.... Shame on these Adab Haraam exchange scammers for lying. This is not Shariah compliant or Halal, it is the opposite.

Adab Haraam scammers exchange are willing to accept money from illegal and immoral sources including from pimps and prostitutes as well a drug dealers and alcohol manufacturers and they claim to have morals.

Nothing Shariah or Halal about these scammers. They Kazakh team trio-leaders have not even announced which religion and which denomination if any they follow. Shameful.

Timur Turzhan - CEO, Founder

Rustam Turzhan - COO, co-founder

Maxat Salpyn - Deputy CEO of Islamic Finance

You three are from Kazakhstan so are you all Muslim?

It is important to ask this question because you are main protagonists behind this scam called Adab Haraam exchange.

Which sect or interpretation of Shariah or Islam do you claim follow?

If you are Muslims are you Sunni?

If you are Muslims clarify are you Hanafi?

If you are Muslims clarify are you non-denominational Muslims?

We await your answers to find out how much you follow Shariah

This projects only dissatisfy several members, but in other cases it is ok. Nobody complains about Adab except 2-3 members.
So if you don't like it, then don't invest, everybody has own opinion

If someone smart just check your history - https://bitcointalksearch.org/user/freddy63-30193,
he/she will see what are you "pumping" here.

I think you scared him off. Out of embarrassment he is not going to come back  Grin
You are doing quite well in your own way to support the project, with constant reproaches about the fact that the project is a scam and that the team violates the norms of Sharia, what they want to make an exchanger for their people

RightBTC already operates in Dubai so i'm not sure what the importance is of being Shariah compliant. Also, Iran is going to create it's own crypto currency and they are very strict on Shariah law.
Venezuela is certainly not a Muslim country but it also created its own cryptocurrency. As far as I know hope Venezuela's hopes were not too justified. Maybe Iran will manage to do it.
People just understand that the future has already arrived and at least the cryptocurrency market is still young, but it is developing very fast and you need to take something with it.

I really like the concept of opening up new exchanges that allow new retail investors into the space. Especially in regions where its currently difficult to get into the market.
It will be very interesting how the exchange will develop in the countries of the UAE, because there are very rich people there, they should love their project and help it become better. Smiley

I suggest everyone calm down and stop swearing. I think this behavior will not benefit the project.
I also do not see the point now quarreling on religious grounds, because in this matter everyone will remain still  and therefore we should concentrate on the project.
the project works and we can only help with our support.let them know that the crypto community is with them.

At the moment it depends on us only to help them in terms of finance and the usual support in the form of comments and social networking.

I wanted you to get closer to the laws, tell me, is it legal to open an ADAB exchange?

This is as legal as dozens of other exchanges are already working legally.
There is nothing criminal there, they want to make an exchanger for the Muslim people, even though their rules are very strict, but everything can be solved

You can easily define whether it is a scam or not - just ask their smart contract. If they reach the soft-cap, they have to show the collected funds, this is how ICO works, transparency should be in the first place.
Did you ask the team to provide data? What did they answer? I really would not want this project to be a fraud. I really like the idea of popularizing cryptocurrency in the East in Islamic countries.
Also, you can check:
- GitHub: Do they update it regularly?
- Do they have good use cases?
- Does the platform have a game-changer technology?

If it all YES, you shouldn't fear anything.

Right now I see only a bunch of Russians, who want to get money from the Muslim sector.

Can you prove me wrong? Can they show the smart contract? Can they prove(by a third party) that the project is following Shariah norms?

The Adab Haraam exchange scammers are very quiet about this...

Maybe because you exposed their scam is the reason why they ignored you?

LOL, some guys from adab team announced, that Jolly was a former employee kicked off for bad job. . Now I understand why he continues to post these accusations
where they announce this? Where i can check it, any proofs?
I also heard this about him, I will not hide it, they wrote above. Just a person is really not too lazy every day to write the same thing in this thread, and the team after all has passed the verification
I think it is written by a bot. It is unlikely that a person will spend so much time writing similar messages.
in discussion they wrote that it was sort of like a former participant of  the project who was fired. Perhaps he of she is trying to take revenge
You are not the first to hear such information, I have been told this for a long time, but no one knows the truth, what happened, well, the person’s activity is very high and suspicious

Since you three "team" members from Kazakhstan are in charge of this Adab Haraam exchange scam I think you should at least tell people the following:

-- If an owner or employee of a brewery that makes, transports or sells alcohol and uses income from those activities to fund the Shariah Adab Exchange ICO then is it Shariah compliant?

-- If someone manufactures, transports or sell drugs/narcotics and uses income from those activities to fund the Shariah Adab Exchange ICO then is it Shariah compliant?

-- If a pimp or prostitute uses income from those activities to fund the Shariah Adab Exchange ICO then is it Shariah compliant ?

-- How does the Adab Team intend to vet their investors to ensure the people and companies investing in the ICO trade only in Halal?

I asked before here but did not get a reply: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.46481643
I think they are from Kazakhstan, but they are living in Uzbekistan, and there are members from Uzbekistan so they are mainly from Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.

Yes thank you for the post and information

I don't think it is scam, they have open profiles in Linked in, they operate according to shariah norms and they are legit at all.
Today they have a lot of contests in telegram and they are giving out ethereum as well!

DUDE! for real? do you think having an open account will change anything? Following your words, everyone who has no idea in religion can Make an ICO and collect money for own goods. They will never say where did they collect fiat money, They will never show you the smart contract (Just because it is freaking wallet), They sell tokens with 150% bonus, OMG come on!

DO you really think it is the legit project?

Of course not.

This is a scam Adab Haraam exchange project that has nothing to do with Shariah because the team behind it are not following Shariah themselves

The whole project is a scam because it is based on a lie, namely that this is a Shariah compliant project when the reality is this is cannot be Shariah compliant because of two main reasons:

1) these scammers follow a non-denominational form of Islam therefore follow NO form of Shariah

2) the fact they are happy to accept funding at the ICO from the following and more mean it cannot have anything to do with religion:

pimps
prostitutes
porn actors
those currently behind bars in prison serving prison sentences
those that sell drugs/narcotics
those that manufacture, test and sell weapons
those that own publications online/print media cursing Muslims and those that have anti-Muslim agenda
those that own, transport or sells alcohol
those that own breweries and manufacture alcohol

MUST AVOID - DO NOT INVEST IN ADAB HARAAM EXCHANGE SCAM

You are non-denominational Muslims therefore do not follow Shariah so how can you tell others to?

We await your answers to find out how much you follow Shariah

Wiki (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kazakhstan#Religion): "Some figures show that non-denominational Muslims form the majority"
Wiki (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uzbekistan#Religion):  ""54% of Muslims are non-denominational Muslims, 18% are Sunnis and 1% are Shias."

You owe people an explanation...

The first time I hear this, but as a result, we see that all countries are gradually developing and trying to make their projects with cryptocurrency-related
