Interesting, I didn't know this was the plan. How exactly will owners of current Adel (Nxt-based) tokens get their coins swapped to new independent ADL blockchain? Or is that something that will be figured out in the future?

Ardor is from the same team as Nxt (check out www.jelurida.com) and is an evolution of Nxt tech.
Ardor solves scalability and bloat issues every other blockchain faces and has the unique main chain with child chains architecture where the main chain secures all the child chains. The child chains is the place where the users are that only want to bother about the features (like voting marketplace asset Exchange etc) and the main chain is where the miners/forgers are.
Every child chain owner can configure its own featureset which are available to the users and each child chain has its own native token.

Now on Nxt you need to Pay NXT for every transaction but on our to be child chain (mini blockchain) named Adelphoi for exanple we can just use ADL as the transaction token.

Ardor is going live on mainnet between July and September this year. Adel will migrate at end of the year if Ardor is stable.
I think migration will go automatic thanks.to the Nxt devs

How hard it is to pay 2mil DOT to Cryptopia and have it listed on at least 1 exchange with any kind of volume? Unless of course you are 100% sure that Bittrex will add you...

As you might have noticed, Bittrex is extremely busy that they cant handle the large amount of requests.
Ours in on their desk for a few weeks waiting for the dev to add the ADL coin.

At what stage the consideration of adding to bittrex?

No that is not possible yet.
You need to use the Nxt client if you want to transfer your existing ADL coins

I can transfer my coins from my personal account ( https://ico.adelphoi.io/app/account )  to the stock exchange address right away? That is, to transfer coins without my nxt wallet ?
