The coins of ADZbuzz members deposited in web wallets are kept offline for security purpose. So this 24.4Mn coins belongs to members. The second address is the ADZcoin Burn address which represents 14.9Mn Ad Credits (coins burnt and taken off the market forever to create ad space on ADZbuzz Network) and others investors of ADZcoin hold.
