5.Governance structures
5.1. Triarchy
Triarchy is a two-person (diarchs) executive and includes AI advisor. The diarchs must work out their own organization and division of labor. Disagreements between diarchs are resolved by the Ephor Synclite. A diarch must be an axiarch. The axiarchs, voting per own stake, replaces the Triarchy whenever either a vacancy exists, or a vote of no confidence gains a majority. When electing diarchs, first a plurality selects one diarch; then the plurality of those who voted for anyone but the winner selects the second.

Ephor Synklite (Ephorate) is the highest 10 members advisory authority which is elected from axiarchs by stake voting. Its proceedings are in private.
