here we have more complex situation. We do not collect money from people with ICO. Also there is no premine. Only mining from April, 5th. But, our reward model assume 10% percents for socially useful projects - so all bounties and other promo expenses will be made from this income.

Yes, both groups Ecclesia and Archon will benefit form PoW and PoS (after Ash total supply is done), but the main difference is in vote weight and rights at Aeneas Polity. Archon nodes will be able to choose the most important questions concern network principles, services and architecture through the most important votings, and Ecclesia will vote for simpler questions.

here we have to figure out the main difference of our project from other guys who are trying to work with governments. In fact, we aren't going to work with any country. Perhaps, only in case if any government would make the first step and offer its resources for Aeneas implementation. But I suppose this is being an Utopy. The reality is that we are going to give a tools for people for local self-governance of a new type of civil society oriented on the Blockchain-economy.
For now we are located in Europe. Consider Aeneas like LocalBitcoins not a centralized exchange as a tool for funding politics and social initiatives.

1. Yes, we plan to include a cryptocurrency as an utility financial system, that's will not be a token on Ethereum or whatever other project. We are currently finishing development of our own blockchain written on Scala. The mechanic of token and other details will be placed here as a White Paper soon. Shortly, it is possible to announce that:
- No ICO or any other presale; No collecting money.
- Name of crypto - Ash, currency code - ASH, sign - æ.
- Distribution should be as more democratic as possible, so we decided to divide project by Proof-of-Work and Proof-of-Stake phases. Firstly, yes, there will be CPU mining.

Idea is good, as blockchain definitely can bring more transparency into GR and lobbying area.
Also if it manages to remove intermediaries is can significantly reduce costs of lobbying services and at the same time to impose some standards for lobbying.

Thanks for the feedback. We call it GR or lobbying platform. In fact, the goal is much more greater than just a catalogue of lobbyist group etc, but as a chineese wisemen say - far roads start from the small step. There are many projects aimed to create some stuff for decentralized state, social funding, elections and much more. The only and a huge problem all of them - states/countries never wish to make giveaway of their power and not to make citizen be free.
This fact brings us far from illusion of creation some stuff for awesome abstract state from future, but to make a platform which will give ability to fund political projects, change laws, to create new special economic zones adapted for Blockchain economy.
One more thing. This is not an ICO, we are not going to collect money from community. This project is a donate for community.
