that happens when you try to send to many coins at once.. it is a known bug in most cn coins.
send less coins.. I was doing 50 at a time seemed to work fine.

let him sell so other people can buy it, it does not matter in the long run, just sweep the coins and hold, cryptonote coins (any in this category, but it has to be stable and backed up by technology people) might be the next big thing
