Hey everyone,

The Lima hardfork was performed successfully at block height 161150.

The æternity Mainnet is now running Lima Release 5.0.1.

All AE ERC20 tokens migrated during the last phase are now transferred to Mainnet tokens.

Tokens not migrated in time or sent by mistake to the migration contract can now be claimed. Instructions to follow.

There was a delay in the hardfork execution mainly because of the ERC20 tokens that were not migrated in time.
However, things are going on schedule now and the activation should happen tomorrow

The hardfork has not happened yet, it is planned to be executed tomorrow - October 30th. After that you should be able to access your tokens.

We'll keep you updated on the hardfork activation.

Lima will introduce a number of improvements and new features, including:

FATE - Fast æternity Transaction Engine - æternity's customized virtual machine built for security and efficiency. A FATE contract is only 10% of the size of an Ethereum Virtual Machine contract.
Improved Generalized Accounts that allow the use of a smart contract instead of a signature when signing transactions.
æternity Naming System (AENS) auctions and a mobile aepp (will be accessible in the Base aepp).
An on-chain governance mechanism with delegated voting and a mobile aepp enabling community voting on various subjects (will be accessible in the Base aepp).
Improved State Channels usability in aepps.
