Ah thats just a harmless bug that appears if you Crtl+R / Refresh the page after a claim, it is still counting for real and you can reload the page (rather than refresh) or just click anywhere on the menu to show the time properly - but we will get this fixed.
p.s. 3.6btc was paid out last week, we're probably going to pay out 4-5btc this week - over 2.5MILLION claims have been made on this faucet so far
