Truth is a consensus among neurons www.synereo.com
Dear all,

Following Greg’s unilateral actions that have caused great concern to the Synereo community, the team has decided to call a shareholders meeting to assist in resolving the situation. With the Synereo team deeming Greg’s proposal unreasonable and crippling to its future plans, and with Greg refusing Synereo’s proposal while establishing unreasonable negotiation terms, Synereo remains with no other viable option.

As you may know, Synereo only has two board members - Dor Konforty and Greg Meredith. While we have been able to function smoothly for a very long time, achieving consensus on most things, we are currently in deadlock. In such a situation, the shareholders of the company may take on the responsibility of a 3rd board member, casting a deciding vote.

I have now sent notice to all of our shareholders. A meeting will take place next week, on Monday 12.12 10:00am PST, via teleconference. If the majority of shareholders vote to cancel Greg’s employment contract, as well as remove him from the board, the current situation will immediately be resolved, and the Synereo team will be able to continue working on delivering on its vision unhindered.

We will update you through our various channels when this happens.

Respectfully yours,

Dor Konforty
Synereo Co-Founder, CEO

how can your "company" hold crowdsale and asking for millions in btc when you already knew of and had such internal issues?!.

We did not have severe issues before the sale. The team was working together normally and without interruption. Greg only began demanding Synereo finances his new company and took unilateral actions later.

I find this VERY hard to believe.

What a dissaster for those who invested in the 2nd ico

It's partly their fault too, anyone that knew the price per AMP in the 1st ICO would of known not to invest.

but also hearing talks of mismanage funds and ppl not meeting/talking?  Also of Rchain split coin off from current AMP/synereo coin!? What???

You guys making way to confusing and difficult and looks like amateur hour!  Ppl are talking.

Never ending parties are what Im into.
Listen guys. Everything is gonna be ok. Greg is going to continue coding and continue to get paid. Just buy as many as you can now and bless the lord because we'll all be very rich from this investment one day.

That day could be years from now but with amps im willing to wait years, unlike other coins like stratis whihc I dump at the first moment of good profit.

I'll even buy more amps ovr the next ew years even if they keep coming down in price because when she pops and she will, its going to be bigger then any altcoin pop we've ever seen.

The revolutionary trading ecosystem
I've not been following this thread for some time, but from the look of things, some Drama has already been performed, why would an individual wants to take this project ransom and way this developer is going about things now is worrisome, I just hope things settle down quickly and be able to restore investors trust. I bought during the ICO on exchange for 28Ksat now the price is around 6000sat

Just move the project to Ethereum + rebrand it Synereum. The rubes will swallow it.
This. Or make a deal with Mihai Alisie to merge Synereo and Akasha. Or hell even make a deal with Steem. Anything but the underdog strategy of caving in and giving half of the funds to Greg with almost no strings attached. This would be the lamest business move I have ever seen.

All that would occur if Synereo LTD made the voluntary and fatal decision to split up OUR funds or "share" them in any way with Greg is that AMP holders and Synereo LTD equity investors would incur significant losses from the prospects that Synereo LTD would be unable to deliver on its promises due to a lack of capital.  Greg, of course, would take OUR money and blow through it just like he did before while accomplishing nothing.  Greg would line the pockets of himself and his friends through hiring them on in roles they could not fulfill in a futile attempt to make somebody like him, even if those individuals contribute nothing or significantly less than they are being monetarily compensated for and are high on drugs.
Again seconding that fully. Synereo made an error of judgement by hiring Greg. This happens, and although I have a significant amount of skin in the game, I don't hold them responsible for the error. On the other hand, I expect Synereo to act professionally now that Greg has gone rogue and cut off the ties clean and net like any serious and self-respecting company would do in similar circumstances.

Do NOT split the money with Greg.  Synereo AMP holders and Synereo LTD equity investors do NOT win in this outcome.

I second that. Vlad is supporting his friend Greg and hoping to add R-chain to the Ethereum ecosystem. We don't need Greg for that. If Synereo determines that the way forward is to extend and embrace Ethereum, we can enlist directly the help of the Ethereum foundation and pay them to create for us a custom fork. Or we could ask Consensys or Eris or EtherCamp or just hire goddamn Gavin Wood and pay him whatever he asks. With the ludicrous USD 2M+ that Greg is asking, we have an embarrassing choice of options all cheaper, better, and more professional than Greg. I don't even understand why Greg's name is still even being talked about.

Happy to see you solved your problems Synereo. Now is time to go back to work and make some investors happy again. Those who wanted to dump, did it already.. so now is the time price start do go up again. Not sure if will happened soon, but i am expecting more updates in near future, so investors actually know what is going on. The best example of uptades is NAVCoin. They publish something everyday, and they are very serious about what they are doing. But i guess you guys have lot more work to do if you want to deliver something to new potential investors. Those who got in on CS, believed in this project from the beggining, now you need to deliver something to convince new potential investors. And believe me, you will not be able to do it, before releasing some progress and goals in near future.

Good luck,

White Male Libertarian Bro
I listened to this last meeting with Greg, and I just had to shake my head and laugh at him.  Regardless of Greg's claims, Greg resigned from Synereo.  When you send an email to the CEO stating that you're going to be starting your own legal and financial entity apart from the company, regardless of any previous internal talks or agreements, and they can't do anything to stop you, you've just resigned.  Period.  This guy is a "Grade A" screwball.  Furthermore, Greg resigned when he stated repeatedly that he was going to make sure that AMPs were NOT the native currency of RChain and that AMPs would have NO exclusivity.  Greg's job as an EMPLOYEE, which is what Greg WAS, was to increase AMP holder and Synereo LTD equity holder value.  When Greg publicly declares multiple times that it is his intention to do otherwise, Greg has just stated that he has left the company.  How else are we suppose to construe such a statement and actions?

Listen up Greg... There's nothing to "negotiate" asshole.  You quit, and NOBODY trusts you.  You've got no working, truly decentralized code.  You don't have a decent or feasible proposal to move forward.  It's not my goddamn problem that you can't get funding from anyone else for your bullshit.   You were an EMPLOYEE remember?  You don't own anything.  You've got nothing.  You don't have any goddamn leverage over anyone.  It's over pal.  GET LOST!  BEAT IT!

So we have a project without a technology now? In that case AMP is still overvalued.

Just move the project to Ethereum + rebrand it Synereum. The rubes will swallow it.
