With all the good news (much of this better than most coins that go 10x) why is value in the toilet? Are we waiting for something else (wtf else do we need lol)? Given the people involved this coin should have surpassed 80k sats already let's get this show on the road.

The easy answer is, It cannot surpass 80k, or 40k, or even 20k if there is nothing to show for it.
Now, people inside HQ and more specially inside CEO group knows that, and its fine with it (most of us at least!).
While most of the news are released regarding the evolution of the MOBY prototype and its marketing plan, some of them are still kept private, basically the inside group knows where the progress exactly stands. What you must be asking yourself is not why it didn't surpass 80k but... why didn't crash to zero or at least below ICO?
Any other coin without serious support would have already crashed. In ARCH case, its not backed by a group or some whales pushing. It is the HQ group that keeps it alive, just because we know what we are dealing with.
Most of times that the prices reaches close-to-ICO range, it is us to increase position and grab all the dumps. Now if you apply logic, you might deduce that we have a reason to do so.
For now there is not much that we can say, since everything is brewing, but considering the size of the news you might be able to guess what is going on.
If you do not consider this information worth the trust, no one will blame you of course, eventually as more information is revealed, people will organically gain more trust on the coin.
