There's a countdown timer on the main www.artemine.org homepage if you scroll down a bit - currently about 6hrs and 10 minutes remaining.
The ICO address is just a basic ethereum address... No contract, no multisig wallet...

The devs are not doing this for the money. They are going to burn the MNE and if they wanted real Ether then they would not have accepted MNE in the first place.
