It seems more professional by stating the ICO and listing on exchanges will take place in Q4. This way you have flexibility to carry on necessary work and can handle little delays as there will not be any pressure like this as your time period allows you huge time. When things depend on other external elements then hard dates are not good to be given at all.

Wow, another project that supports MNE which is ARTEMINE. Actually, dev has a great mind being able to connect this project. Both tokens will benefit once genesis addresses can be trade. Though, is there any minimum amount in ICO for us to obtain this ARTEMINE Genesis Addresses?

Only thing needed with self mining is an Eth address... Like from mew....
