We need to regulate ourselves before the governments get involved, like how USA is with exchanges. Decentralized regulation, a public democracy, without any person being paid for any type of municipal or "BTC self-government" type services IF we ever do need people as focal point representing crypto. Like in New Hampshire, politicians only get $100 salary.
This is why coins like ETH are so important, so that exchanges can run without ever having to deposit any cryptos into them, your wallet could have a "holding for transactions" account in it that you can move your crypto to, again still in your wallet. You could then designate the crypto to a certain exchange, which the wallet sends a message to the exchange that the crypto is available. At that point you cannot move your crypto back into the main part of the wallet unless the exchange releases it, sending a message to your wallet saying the coins are no longer held for the exchange and would be automatically moved back. The exchange would have an "available balance" of your designated crypto. you can trade all day long with it, and when you trade, the exchange either has 2 options: 1. they can withdraw the money for the trade into the exchange at the time of the trade, or 2. they can withdraw and route the crypto for the trade directly to the person on the other side of the trade. Exchange could take its fees the same way. Trading wouldn't be as fast since you'd have to wait for funds transfer time, but with coins like UTC that have married with ETH, an exchange essentially becomes hackproof for outright stealing of coins.
This is why I see a future that I don't think anyone sees yet with ETH or its successor coins. Now combine that with the speed of UTC.....
That being said, I also stated that they are in an awkward position in my previous posts, and I am hoping that we can find a way to spread this out. Nitro is a successful pool, and we should not punish them for being successful, but given the situation with UTC, they are in a awkward position, and we need to come to some sort of a solution that does not hurt anyone's reputation, or step on anyone's toes.
Both Nitro and Leet have been very, very supportive to UTC. Once again some elements of the community are showing just how fickle they can be and blaming everyone else rather than coming up with constructive ideas. Nitro and Stuhl are a business and they can't just annoy all their customers because the UTC community have a problem, they have other pools and coins to consider as part of the business. They have provided a stick to detract miners. Now we in the community and the other pool owners need to come with a way of attracting these miners away from Nitro.
A suggestion could the community and pool owners offer an amount of UTC to move from Nitro to one of the other pools, maybe Stuhl would be willing to donate UTC from the increased fees to this campaign?

If they don't do anything and continue to look at their pool as a business versus the well-being of the coin at the time of the problem, then its like a a business that creates a product but dumps it's waste into the river out back and creates it's own cancer. The business creating or in possession of the problem is being called upon to remedy it for the good of the community which nitro is a big part of, so it will help itself too. Obviously the miners aren't giving a damn. Doesn't matter if they check this forum or not, smart miners all get their stats from websites like coinmarketcap or coinwarz and are aware of the total network hashrate compared to their pools hashrate. Honestly, put yourself in these shoes: from a greedy son of a guns standpoint with no foresight, they'd think they'd be dumb to move, they won't cut their nose off in spite their face. They're thinking money money money, not more money more money more money a week, month, years from now.
