I have tried mining this a bit today, since hash was spread out and pools running. Going fine.
I'm pretty sure someone mentioned an exchange that listed UTC already??
does anyone know, as I'm having trouble finding it.

Who could possibly ask for more in a coin?
- Censorship by devs deleting any negative comment, truthful or not
- Only pools approved by devs allowed to be included at launch, subsequently, if I'm reading correctly, those were asking BTC for invites, or such
- Koolio is involved, usually indicates shadiness, go ahead, refute that, I'll point to a million examples in his words alone

I will say that I was not invited by the devs nor asked to start a pool. I did it on my own accord, my pool was Open and launched on release day.

Bumface, I have a question regarding PoS. If I am mining and end up leaving the coins on the pool (I am talking something reasonable like 200 or less) will I get PoS rewards there or do I have to move them to the wallet where I am mining from?
The coins just need to be in a wallet and the client running and you must use the walletpassphrase passwordhere 99999999 (<---- expiration time before it encrypts wallet) in the console if it is encrypted. But it must be a wallet you control. You will not earn PoS interest on pool or exchange holdings.
Be more spefic pls, what do i need to do ? confused with that "walletpassphrase passwordhere 99999999 (<---- expiration time before it encrypts wallet)"

If you do not have an encrypted wallet, just running the client while holding a balance will mint PoS blocks if you find any.
If you do have an encrypted wallet, each time you open the client, you need to unlock it for minting. To do this go to menu -> help -> click console tab -> type walletpassphrase password 9999999 and you are good to go.
It will take some time before your coins are mature for block minting, though I am not sure how long. Maybe a dev can chime in on that.

Is it normal to have lower hashrate than other coin? I am getting only about 525khash on my 280x. Also is this the second coin to have scrypt jane?

Let's be real here guys. If UTC was on this Indie Exchange just so they could dump the premined coins, that means there would need to be buyers for the coins. Right now the volume is so minimal there's no way they could even cash out a small fraction of the premined coins.

Why are you even taking time to troll here? Almost every coin has a hectic launch. This was another hectic launch. The community picked it up pretty fast and provided pools quite fast.
I dont have a mining farm, am not a stakeholder. I'm just mining with my 660ti, and found no blocks with my CPU. But that's not the point here.
This is a good dev team, and it's already on an exchange, 1 day after launch.
