BOYCOTT this scumcoin! The devs are instamining using solominers for cofirming their blocks. Get out of solomining NOW! BTW anyone read their miner's and wallet code? I am off to serious Gridcoin (more difficult but legit).

UTC trading on crypto-trade.com is going to start on Feb, 7th according to the news. Afaik this was on demand by UTC devs to ensure a smooth launch.
So no worry about a dump by today.. enough time to sort things out.
Exactly the reason why I ask crypto-trade not to list this coin.

so i've downloaded the wallet, opened the console, typed "setgenerate true" my machine is whiring. do i need to do anything else? how do i tell if i've hit a block? the console doesn't show anything other than the command i've just put in.

It takes a little bit more technical savvy, but technically, everything works. I'm still not loving the percent of orphans I'm getting, but everything is working if you get your stuff setup right.
solo ? how do you tell if it's an orphan when you solo?You'll see that you've found a block but nothing will show up in your wallet. If you go to the debug window and type "listtransactions" it will show you what happen to those supposed found blocks. They are always orphans though.

I am sitting in front of the computer and waiting for the pool to launch for hours. And it is 3:43 a.m. right here in my time zone. I was very excited about the pool but i am very tired right now.
