Top one works for me and correlates with the manual update you gave last page. I'm eastern time zone, US. (UTC - 5:00).

look at the time of that post,add the time given in the post. now you have your own local launch time.
Not true. The zone on the post is different for everyone too. Can you just post the TIME and ZONE? There are two zone times for Europe etc.. IS it GMT or UTC?

Not true. The zone on the post is different for everyone too. Can you just post the TIME and ZONE? There are two zone times for Europe etc.. IS it GMT or UTC?
