Why would anyone pay to get to an exchange that has 0 trading volume? I think the exchange should pay devs, they are the one benefitting on getting some volume on their exchange.

We need to collect 0.12 btc - then we can get listed on stocks exchange, we will not pay for this, because $500 trade volume is needed on the pair. This is community projet and it will help you.

Thats normal, difficulty adjustment takes time. But in long run blockchain maintains 2 min per block time, by delaying future blocks beyond 2 minutes.
