With the lightning network ,if I understand it correctly, a lot of the operations are done offline and I assume loaded once completed in to the Blockchain . Is that the same for plasma protocol ? -anyone know?

There will be some solution once the situation comes to normalize in coming weeks. It is fully understandable the point of view of the Bankex team and exchanges. Decentralized exchanges and legal solution still exists. Today looked at the Bankex token and was some what surprised because , there is none exchanges besides decentralised ones. Since ICO was such a huge success , hope that big exchanges will be added soon.

Thank you for the explanation. Both tickers PBKX and BKX appeared in my MEW but I only received tokens in BKX and PBKX is O. So I'm good, I think except for the temporary confusion 
BKX is the name when token will list on the exchange (ico)
