Very poor support, no "human" reply after 2 days when I message asking for support regarding my token

My intitial rating on this project was 5 stars. I now have to say due to the teams failure to inform people that US citizens were not able to contribute i have changed my rating to 1 star. Everythhing about the ico website was geared towards americans even stating how much money they raised in USD. I contributed over an ether and never once was told US citizens wouldnt be able to join. The main page even bragged and advertised that they were US compliant. Two days ago I go to clain my tokens and they suddenly have a notice up which came only after the sale had ended. So they basically held my money all this time and now are telling me it could be a cpl weeks before i get it back. they wont even acknowledge they screwed up so it seems to me they wanted americans to contribuite so they could use your money to do whatever they wanted and then give it back when they feel like it. maybe they plant to hold it through the ethereum hardfork and keep all the ETZ that people should be earning on money they have unfairly held from them. This is a ridiiculous, unprofessional, and downright dirty move by an ico that seems to have raised plenty of money. The customer service is even very defensive over this issue. it was yalls fault you advertised in huge writing on ur ico page that you were US compliant not ours. Hopefully my money comes bavk one of these days but what a poor start this has been . i no longer support or reccomend this project to anyone bc it wreaks of scam coin right now. get it together and give me my money back

Indeed, you can transfer tokens, they're not locked

There is hint in the update about expected exchanges to add BKX by the end of this month. Two exchange are from top ten and one of them is US based which means Bittrex or Karaken most probably. Bittrex is still keep adding time to time high potential oriented tokens so BKX can be next.

The names of exchanges have not been disclosed yet but yes you will be able to transfer the tokens into exchanges.

Yah you will be able to do all that when it hits Bittrex.

Hi all,
i'a a newbie in ICO project. I have some BKX Tokens in MyEtherWallet. I want to know if I keep my tokens there, and when they are listed on a exchange, such as Bittrex, will I be able to transfer them in bittrex, so that they can be traded? I still do not want you to trade on Etherdelta.
It's important to know if can i transfer to an exchange when it's listed.

This is awesome news I hope so this token will be listed on all big exchanges because it deserve. I will follow this thread to let know about that when this secret will be revealed BKX is truly big project. 

Not yet. its already available at etherdelta, but the admin bankex said that BKX will be listed on exchanges of this month.

BKX token will be listed by the end of January. We have committed 5 exchanges: 2 out of top10, from US, plus one in Seoul, one in Hong Kong, one in Japan - will disclose names later.

Bankex is the most promising project, but large exchanges is the biggest problem, any possible to be on bittrex?

 this ico will be available on exchanges like bittrex, hitbtc or any other? and when?

On my opinion BankEx - is brilliant in banking sphere with amazing future! I for sure will recommend BankEx project to all my relatives, friends and people who are in cryptoworld! Because this is best project with super technologies, fresh ideas and huge potential!
